"Can't you hold it?"

"I've been holding it for the past three hours, just let me go in there!"

"Alright, but you have got to come straight back out after, I told Aunt Sarah that we would be at her house by this evening, and I'm sure everyone in this car is tired of being in here." Mom says, and I nod my head as she drives over to the building with the sign up front saying "Hotel Midnight". I'm not exactly sure why you would name a hotel that, but then again, it's none of my business.

When we park in front of the hotel I notice a black jeep that parks behind us, and instantly feel a little creeped out. I think about not going in there, and waiting until a gas station break to pee. Despite this hotel's glamorous look, I had a strange feeling about this place.

"Don't die!" My sister says to me. I flick her off and shake my head. I love her, but sometimes she made me want to jump off a cliff.

I get out of the car and walk to the front, pulling the door open and stepping inside. When I enter the building I'm shocked by how pretty it is, and gasp.

Though I'm no interior decorator, I can tell someone had worked really hard to get the pieces of furniture in the lobby to work together. They're a sort of mahogany, that blend in well with the dark red walls. A golden chandelier hung from the ceiling, and as I looked at the marble receptionist's desk, I understood that a hotel this gorgeous probably gave you a fee for using their restroom.

"Beautiful, isn't it?" I'm shocked by te sudden voice, and turn around to face a gorgeous guy with light brown hair, and stunning green eyes.

"Very." I tell him, but we both know that I'm not only talking about this hotel.

"Marcus, what are you doing?" We're interrupted by a new person. I watch as a man in a suit comes to the boy, and only then does he notice me.

"Oh, a new one? Now Marcus wasn't telling you to run off or anything like that, now was he? He tends to let the good fishes go." The man pats Marcus's head not so gently and I watch in shock.

Okay, what?

"No, actually I've just met him. I was wondering if you could help me, where exactly is the restroom?" I ask politely, afraid to get on his bad side.

"I'll take you there." Marcus volunteers, and I smile at him until the strange man shakes his head.

"You'll do no such thing. You have to go and get ready for the party! Miss, please come with me, I'll take you there."

Hesitantly, I walk with the man and turn around to see if Marcus was still standing there, and he was. We make eye contact and he mouths one word before walking away.

"Go."

He must mean the party. But it was probably late at night and it's only nine am right now, so I couldn't wait that long.

The man and I begins polite conversation, and once we get to the restroom, I can't help but ask about the party.

"Oh, it's just a nice shindig that all the teenagers get to go to. You're welcome to come if you'd like."

"I would, but after I use the restroom I have to go back to my family, they're waiting for me. And it's morning anyways, so I couldn't possibly stay and wait that long." I tell him honestly. Now that I had spoken to him, I realize that he isn't as strange as I had thought, so thoughts of him kidnapping me quickly subsided. If anything, he just seemed socially awkward.

The man looks at me and shakes his head, looking worried.

"Morning? Dear are you alright? It's half past nine in the evening."
