Suspicious

*Niall's POV*

My baby was awake. I couldn't stop smiling. She's alive. My perfect Bella was alive and well. I called her throughout the day and made sure she was okay. I couldn't let her slip away from me.

I decided to go and check on her. Driving to her house, I hummed Little Things to myself. After all, it was the song that "saved her life".

When I pulled into the driveway and saw Bella's car, I breathed a sigh of relief. She was here. I got out and knocked on the door; waiting patiently for someone to answer.

Moments later, Bella answered the door. Goodness she looked gorgeous. Her light makeup applied, her hair in a messy bun, and she was wearing one of my Crazy Mofos tops I'd given her for when I was on tour and some sweat pants.

"How's my princess?" I spun her around. She giggled and I smiled. Her laugh was amazing.

"I'm doing great. How's my prince charming?" She joked.

My grin spread wider. "Since my princess has been alive? Never been better." I carried her back inside and we snuggled on the couch. I was so glad things were back to normal between us.

*Liam's POV*

I'd felt guilty about cheating on Rachel, so I decided I'd invite her over. When I opened the door, I squeezed her tightly. We kissed briefly and then put on Toy Story.

Half way through the movie, I asked her something that made her tense up. She paused the movie and looked me right in the eyes.

"What did you say?"

"I asked if you'd told Bella about... you know..." I said worriedly.

"No! Of course not! Are you crazy?!" She raised her voice.

"Rachel! She's your sister! She deserves to know!" I raised my voice as well.

"If she ever found out about that," Rachel snarled, "she'd never trust me again! She'd look down on me!"

"But she would understand that it was an accident!" I pleaded.

"Oh yeah? ACCIDENT?! You think this was an ACCIDENT?! Liam James Payne I have every reason to believe that it was on PURPOSE!!" Rachel shrieked. I fell back in horror. Just then, both of us stopped and heard a sound that scared both of us.

A soft, waking cry.
