*Rachel's POV*

I'm really worried about Bella. Even though the doctors say she's going to wake up soon, I still doubt it. However, I really wanted her to wake up.

I had been at the hospital for three days. Liam was always in and out to check on me and bring me food. I was so lucky to have him.

"Need anything babe?" Liam popped his head in.

I smiled. "Nope. Thanks though! I love you!"

"I love you too!" Liam walked away. I slumped in my chair and sighed. What am I going to do here until she wakes up?

I decided to call Niall. He always knew a good joke and he could keep me busy.

I dialed his number and he picked up almost immediately.

"Is she up?" He asked excitedly.

*Niall's POV*

My mum had left and I was making lunch when Rachel called me. I picked it up as fast as I could.

"Is she up!" I jumped around.

"No. But I wanted to know if you could keep me company," Rachel said. I sunk onto the couch.

"Yeah, yeah. Sure. I'll be right over." We said goodbye and I hung up. Why wasn't Liam keeping her company?

When I got to Bella's room, Rachel was asleep in her chair. I took a seat next to her and then stared at Bella. Her beautiful eyes were still closed and the tubes were still in her body. Why? Just why?

It was an hour before Rachel woke up. She saw me and apologized for sleeping. I only chuckled and gave her a playful push.

"Where's Liam?" I asked.

"He's probably checking on other people. You know how he is," she shrugged. Rachel was right. Being the good lad Liam is.

I nodded in agreement and I started to tell her jokes.

*Liam's POV*

I felt awful not comforting Rachel. Her sister was in a coma, and I wasn't comforting her. However, part of me assured me that she needed space.

I walked to room 218 and knocked on the door. When no one answered, I opened it and saw a girl with her eyes open.

"Li li?" She said.

"Sophia!" I almost yelled. I ran to her side and hugged her.

"Li li! I thought you'd forgotten about me!"

"I would never forget about you babe," I said and kissed her cheek. "How are you? How's your leg?"

She sighed. "It's alright. The doctors are going to check me out in a few days. But until then... I'm still here!"

"Well I was here because Rachel's-"

"SHE'S ALIVE?!" Sophia shot up, followed by a wince.

"Sophia she's been alive this whole time!" I grabbed her hand and kissed it.

"Oh," she slumped back down in shock. "I heard rumors that she was in a coma."

"Oh no no, her sister Bella is." Who would tell her that Rachel was in a coma?

"Oh, that's terrible! Rachel must be so worried!"

"She is," I sighed. "I should probably go check on her." I rose up but she grabbed me firmly.

"No," Sophia said. "She needs to be alone right now."

"Your right," I sat back down and leaned my head against Sophia's stomach. She brought my face up and we kissed passionately. Man, she was gorgeous.

*Sophia's POV*

Perfect! I have Liam wrapped around my finger. And with that Rachel worrying over her dying sister, she will never know about him! Let alone me! She is such an idiotic girl. Now that I have Liam, she has no one!
