Chapter 2

"Buzz buzz...buzz buzz" I turned off the alarm. "Ugh..." I got up from my bed and started walking to the bathroom, as I looked myself in the mirror I could already tell that I look like a mess...I shouldn't of stayed up so late...but I couldn't help it! I was watching k-drama's as much as I could. "I wish I could have a highschool love story too..." I had a thought going through my head. I got ready and ran down the stairs, the same as always.

"Good morning!" my mom greeted me cheerfully...I don't know but she might still be exited I'm finally going to highschool. I had my breakfast and went out of the house.

"Ahh..." It was kinda cold this morning. I started walking to school slowly, putting my earphones on and listening to some music just enjoying the landscape around me. I then see a familiar figure, I gasp "Huh! Its Jungkook!" Shortly after I got butterflies in my stomach and I started asking myself millions of questions! "What should I do?" "Should I shout?!" "Should I run up to him!?" "Should I stay quiet?" "What if he doesn't remember me!?!"

I started panicking and I already felt like I was going to cry. I gulped and started running towards him .

"STOOOP RIGHT THERE!!!"

I shouted and bumped into him "Woah!!" He said having a surprised but rather confused expression. "You should be more careful!!" He told me right after. I tried to play it cool and just fake-giggled "Hehe~ Sorry..." .

We started walking to school together. It was nice being with him...He is really fun! We finally got in our classroom and prepared for class.

Seconds and minutes passed...and classes were just getting more boring. My eyes felt like they were closing on their own and my head could just drop onto the desk but I still managed to do my questions, we were having math class...well what else do I need to say about them they were just boring.

The bell rang. And it was time for lunch break.

"Oh snap! I forgot my lunch box at home...Ahh no way!! I'm starving!" Jungkook then looked at me and asked "Do you have any money?" I shamefully then shook my head. "Its okay I'll buy you lunch!" My eyes got wide open! "Really?! Thank you!" We started walking towards the bakery that was near the school and as soon as we walked in we got trapped in the crowd inside the bakery!

"Oh no! Where's Jungkook...!?!

" I started panicking but then I get pushed back by a guy "Hmm? What's wrong?" I was getting more scared and nervous so I replied stuttering "E-E-Erm I'm looking f-for my f-friend his g-going to buy me l-lunch-" then I get cut off by him "I'll buy you lunch. Wait here."

I got even more scared but much more embarrassed because nobody ever bought lunch for me...I just wish I could go home...! I just waited and the crowd got smaller and smaller. "Here" he came back with a bag in his hand and gave me it. "Thank you...but, Who are you...? " I asked in confusion but then..."Ayeon!!!" I could hear someone yell my name "I was looking for you everywhere!!" It was Jungkook.

"My name is Taehyung...Kim Taehyung"

As he said his name my heart skipped a beat. We looked at each other but then Jungkook cut us off "Ayeon, here I bought you lunch!" He smiled at me. I was even more nervous...ugh I just wanted to die! "Thank you!!" I took the lunches they bought me and ran away.

I started crying and people around me were only staring. I just wish this could all end. "What if Jungkook is mad at me now...What if he doesn't want to talk to me..."

I'm just overthinking. I ran into the girls bathroom and locked myself in. "How could I be so stupid..." I was afraid of losing another friend...I wiped away my tears and look through the little window that was in the bathroom.

"Its Jimin!" I jumped a bit as I said his name and ran out of the bathroom to see him and his friend. They were at the same place as yesterday. The Basketball court.

I sat down by the court and began cheering for him.
I don't know why because he was bugging me yesterday but I guess he is the only person who can cheer me up right now.

He was with his friend the same like yesterday but I didn't get his name...I clapped my hands, and Jimin took a glance at me. I could already feel my cheeks were getting hot. He then smiled and kept playing, doing his best.

I was enjoying myself but I had no idea where Jungkook was. I was still pretty sad that I just ran off. But I told myself to not think about it.

The bell rang and all the students were going in the school. I got up and then Jimin walked up to me "Thanks for Cheering for me!"
I looked at him with a smile "Its okay! I really enjoyed your game...I have to go to class now...Bye Jimin!!" As I was walking away I was waving back at him and ran into my classroom.

"I'm sorry for being late!" I bowed and sat by my desk. As classes passed I was ready to leave and go home. I put my books and pencil case in my bag and right before I left I hear ...

"Where were you ?! I couldn't find you anywhere!!" I looked back at Jungkook and he was furious. I didn't know how to react. "Why did you just leave me there? Did you think that was funny?!" I looked down shamefully and just let him throw his anger at me. "I was trying to be nice and this is what I get from you?! Where did I go wrong?!" It was my fault anyway.

"Kookie...I'm sorry" I looked right into his eyes hoping he would accept my apology. He then took a step back and his cheeks were red like a tomato! "Kookie?! What's with that name?!" I the laughed "What? Its cute!"

"I guess its okay..." I was glad! I smiled and took his hand and ran out of the school "Let's go home, Kookie!"

We then ran out of the school gates and talked to our way home. He didn't live very close to each other so we parted our ways and started going to our direction.

"Today was fun..." I said to myself and walked to my way home.
