Laurance's POV
"Sh... Emma! They might wake up!" I whisper.
"Pft... No!" Whisper-yells Emma. I snort softly.
"I hope she likes my present..." I frett.
"Don't worry, she'll love it!" Replies Emma,"Put that cake over there!" I do as she says.
"Do we wake them up now?" I asked.
"Go ahead, the decorations are done," responds Emma. I tiptoed into Elena's room, and sat down on her bed.
"Morning gorgeous! How'd ya sleep!" I said.
"Morning... LAURANCE WHY ARE YOU IN MY BED?!? Did you... No.." Screamed Elena.
"Relax beautiful, I only came to say hello, and to wish you a happy birthday!" I laughed.
"'Happy birthday'? HOLY IRENE IS THAT TODAY?!? AHHHHH!!!!" Squealed Elena," WAKE UP GAR ITS OUR BIRTHDAY! We're 16!"
"Huh... What the... TODAY'S OUR BIRTHDAY?!?" Yelled Garroth.
We walk out of the rooms to see a fully decorated house with a delicious cake.
"Elena... Follow me," I say.
"Ok... Where are we going?" Elena questions.
"You'll see.." I respond. We go to a mountain, one that looks like a ship's helm. I pull out her present and say,"Open this.. Open the card last please,"
"Ok! Aw... Laurance.." She opens the present. It was a locket, with Elena x Laurance engraved on it. She put it on, and opened the card. It read, Elena, you have been my friend for ages. So, let me ask, will you be my girlfriend?
"Yes... YES! A thousand times yes!" She reaches up and kisses me on the cheek.
