Eyes of red
Hair the color of a lightless night
Screams echo in my head
Something here is not right?
Fangs pierce flesh and claws clawing
An animal with no thought
Failed drawing
Of the beast I once sought
Bound in silver chains
In the dark it will hide
I hear it whimper as the moon wanes
This beast is inside
No escape from this fate
Can't run from the lust and hate
Crazed and insane
Blood that can't wash away with rain
In here he dwells
Protecting himself
In here he fights demons from different shells
He is the darker me and we are ourself.
