How do you guys like the story so far? More suspense coming up!

2.30pm, Eastleigh International School
BRRRRRRRRRRRRING
It was another rainy day (surprise) in London. After 8 hours, yet another monotonous school day had finished. Lara Drake leaves her English class accompanied by her best friend, Beverley.
"Come on Bev, you know for a fact that Mr. Ridgewood is boring as fuck."
"Unlike you, I actually take an interest in my studies" she cheekily replies.
"Haha, very funny. Ok now hurry up, or we're gonna miss the bus."
The two girls run to the bus and take their seats which are located all the way at the back.
Most of the bus ride was pretty quiet. Almost everyone one the bus was listening to music with earphones.
"Shit!" Bev exclaims.
"What?"
"I'm sorry Lara, I can't come to your house today, my mom said something urgent is happening at home, so I can't come. We'll schedule this for another day, k?"
"Sure" Lara sighed.
The bus suddenly came to a stop. The bus driver opened the door next to him and came out. Lara peaked out the window to see what was going on. Because they were far up in front, she could only get bits of information.
"...here take this £100 and go home"
"...you're not endangering any of them, are you? I'll get fired if even one of the students gets harmed..."
"...worry, nothing will happen."
The other man talking to the driver met Lara's gaze. She quickly moved her head in the bus. What were they talking about? She decided that it would not be something of a big deal, but in all honesty, it would soon turn out to be.

A/N: Sorry for the short chapter other ones will be longer, I promise. The reason I did it was to create some suspense, which you guys seem to be liking.
