Running out of time

              Kristen POV

I decided to visit Alexander today, to apologize for my behavior lately. I Really didn't want any bad blood between us and we been through a lot.
As I enter the mansion, I ask the Butler where Alex was. Before he could answer, a force was holding me by my neck. The suddenly attack, took me by surprise. I look down on the person, who was doing this to me.
        Alexander, what the hell is the matter with him to attack me like this. He said something but I couldn't make it out, cause I was trying to get his hand from around my neck. Ooh how dangerous his eyes look, with no Mercy for me.
       His brother rush in and quickly release me from his grip, I was grasping for air. As my feet hit the ground, I look up on both of them. His brother was trying to control him, I said "what the hell was that for Alexander??" Alexander look at me and said "are you deaf, what have you done to Alice?"
         I raise one of my eyebrow and said "Alexander I have no idea what your talking about, I don't know where she is" his brother said "Alex try to control yourself, there's no need for violent. Let us just go about this calmly and try to find out what happened" Alexander gave me a dead stare and close his eyes, when he opened them back it was back to the original blue colour.
        Then he said "ok Kristen since you want to play games, I will play the oldest one in the book with you. Are you ready?" I took a step back and said "I truly don't know, please stop. I came over here to apologize for the misunderstanding we had earlier and this is the greeting I get?"
A guard came into the room and said something to his brother, then his brother said "can I leave you two to play nicely, for a couple of minutes" Alexander smile evilly toward me and said " I can't promise anything " his brother sigh and then said "Alex??"
         Alexander nod his head and his brother left with the guard, I didn't feel safe alone with him in the same room. I never see him act like this before, I stay quiet cause I know whatever I say next will not be a wise choice.
He rub his hand through his black hair and took a deep breathe and said " you know for the one year I spend with you in england, I never loved you as much as I love Alice. You lie and you hurt me, in so many ways. That I never knew was possible, if I could have die by heartache. You would have been the one that kill me"
         I took a seat in the chair to digest the words that he just throw into my face, I never except the hates that been rolling off his lips. When he said those word. I know I hurt him and I wish I could change it but I can't, most of the time. I wonder to myself if I haven't fallen for someone else, we will still be together.
         I squeeze both of my hands together to control my sadness and I said "if you hated me so much Alexander, why on earth don't you kill me" he laugh at me like I said something amusing to him. Then he said "sweetheart death would be too kind for you"
I got up to leave cause I couldn't take him insulting me any further cause I will get angry, by the looks of it. That seems to be his goal and it was working, very well. He said "where you think you are going?"
        I turn round to face him and said "why should I stay? doesn't look like I'm welcome." Alexander took a step forward and I took one back and his brother came in and whisper something to him, he turn his head and widely open his eyes.
Then he said to me "we will continue this another time" and left in a flash, i was so relief that he left. that I also left as well, i Didn't want him to come back. with him changing his mind of not killing me.

            Alexander POV

My brother told me that he had a lead on Alice whereabouts, so I took my best guards with me. When we reach at our destination, we search ever inch of the house but there was no Alice.
        As I was about to leave my eyes came up on a hided door, I could smell blood. As I walk closer toward it, I told my guards to keep a look out. As I slowly turn the lock and open the door, my eyes caught blood all over the floor. Which lead me toward a body, all cut up.
         My heart was beating rapidly against my chest, as my eyes was looking on the sight that was left before me lifeless please tell me I'm not too late, I try to keep the tears from escaping. as I went toward the body, As I was about to turn the body over. so I could see her face. My phone rang.
