"Bell? Can I come in?" Avery asked softly before entering his tent to see him shirtless on the makeshift bed.

"Hey Avery." he smiled before standing up.

"Hi, I've been wondering this for a long time but what did you do to get here?"

"Avery."

"Please, tell me." She pleaded. "We've always been able to tell each other anything, this should be no exception."

"It's bad."

"You shot someone, didn't you?" she asked, confirming her fears. She didn't want her best friend to be a murderer. He nodded in reply.

"I shot him because I had to, not because I wanted to. Shumway gave me a deal, if I shot Jaha then he'll give me a space on a drop ship." He told her.

"You shot Jaha? You trusted Shumway?" Avery widened her eyes at him before he tried to touch her hand. She pulled her arms away before putting a hand on his chest to stop him moving.

"Let me explain."

"I think you've explained enough."

"I had to."

Avery had heard something coming from outside. "What? What's wrong?" She ran out and saw something burning up in the sky.

"Bellamy, get out here." She demanded and he saw it as well.

"They're coming to help us. Now we can kick some grounder ass." Jones pointed out.

"Please tell me they brought down some shampoo." A girl whispered to herelf but Avery scrunched her face up as she heard.

"What are we going to do? Clean them to death. God, you are stupid."

Avery and Octavia were stood around a table, with a map of the area around them in front of them. They had asked for volunteers and surprisingly got a lot of people. "If it cleared the ridge than it's probably near the lake." Jones told her.

"So we know its around this area," She circled her finger around a spot. "I say we walk to that point then search outwards until we find it. Everyone agreed?"

"What if we don't find it?"

"Then we know the grounders took it, or we got the place wrong. Remember, this pod might have supplies, food, things we need to survive so we need to find it as soon as possible." She reminded them before nodding. "We'll leave in 10." Avery finalized and let O tell Bellamy. She came back in a bad mood. "What happened?"

"Bellamy told us to leave at sunrise." She huffed.

"Screw him," She swore before barging into Bellamy's tent. "Where is he?"

"Ever hear of knocking, bitch?" The girl inside said.

"Know your place cunt." Avery replied quite rudly and then smirked.

Clarke and Finn had burst in behind them before Avery turned to them. "Have fun?" she asked before turning to Roma who was trying to cover up.

"Oh, great, it's a free show. Anyone else want to take a look?"

"Where the hell is Bellamy?"

"He took off a while ago." She blurted.

"Gear's gone." Finn pointed out.
