Daisy p.o.v-

I was still beyond annoyed at Coulson, I had missed three missions with our team, they were all successful but the last one was a near miss and Mack was shot in the arm, just a flesh wound but I was furious. I have been going to train Heather ever afternoon and no one has tried to stop me yet, the team have been covering for me but I suspect Coulson already knows. "Hey Jemma" "hi Daisy" "I have a file with medical stuff in it that I was told to give you from Bobbi" "you read it?" "yes" she laughs "would you say I was mission ready?" I ask "I would need to give you a physical" she says "well I'm not even allowed to train, talk to Coulson for me?" "Okay, I will as soon as I'm finished with this file" "thank you" I leave after that going to the computer lab. I keep checking for leads on HYDRA bases but it keeps coming up with nothing and I'm getting frustrated, so frustrated i'm surprised i remember some old rising tide algorithms. I decide it's time to shut down the rising tide, they deserve it. 

Exactly 7 hours later the rising tide is completely shut down and the hackers have all been arrested and are waiting to hear the sentences, it could be anything from jail for life to a monitoring bracelet that can't be hacked by anyone because i redesigned the software. This was all completed without the directors approval because i have a higher clearance level than most agents could hope to get in their careers and i called in a few world wide favours to make sure the job got done. I knew that Coulson have mixed feelings about me taking authority but i had done it all from a computer so i technically didn't break any orders. "Agent Johnson the director wants to see you in his office" a level 1 agent told me, he looked nervous. Good, my reputation i well known despite my injures. "okay, are you supposed to escort me or can i go myself?" I asked only being a little sarcastic, "he didn't say what do i do?" "i suggest staying clear of his office for the next half an hour if he was angry with me" he nods "stay clear got it, thanks agent Johnson" he scurries away not realising that i had gotten all of the information i needed from his reaction. I go up to his office feeling ready for an argument and a smirk on my face. 

I knock on the closed door of my former team leaders office and wait for him to tell me to come in. It takes him exactly 3 minutes to tell me to come in, "Agent Johnson, close the door and take a seat" i do as told waiting for him to tell me off. "I hear that the rising tide has been shut down and that over a hundred arrests were made and that the people arrested are now being monitored through a new version of SHIELDs internet monitoring bracelets, know anything about that?" i try to keep the smirk off of my face when i reply with "it was 147 arrests" I know that he is pleased by the lack of angry shouting. "you know that i should have at the very least been informed about this and that you need to be reprimanded don't you?" "Actually, i informed the deputy director and she signed off on it so i was thinking you should put me back on active duty" he shakes his head, not quite ready to accept defeat and put me back of active duty. "No you're not back on active duty, but i do have information to share with you. I resigned as Director, i am now the same level as you"
