Elijah and Alex above

I went into Jamilahs room and just watched her sleep. She looks like Chresanto so much but has my hair and a mixture of our nose. I brushed her hair out of her face and smiled. I'm a Straighten her hair when she wakes up later. She's going to one of Chresanto's friends sons birthday party. He's turning six just like Jamilah but she has to wait till August 6th. The little boy name is Elijah but we call him Eli. That boy is mixed with so many things. He's Trinidadian, African American, Egyptian, Dominican and Puerto Rican. Then his dad Alex he's cool. He's a single parent since Elis mom died when he was two in a car accident. I start looking for something that Jamilah can wear since I can't sleep. I finally decided that she was gonna wear black joggers with a purple shirt and her Jordan 12 hyper violet. I was putting them out when I felt somebody grab my waist. I turned around and saw a sleepy Chresanto.

"Wassup Buddy."I smiled

"Why you not in bed?"He asked

"Because I woke up then couldn't go back to sleep so I came in here, how about you why you not in bed?"I said

"Because you aren't there so I got lonely."He said snuggling his head in the crook of my neck

"Awww that's adorable."I chuckled

"Come on lets go back to bed."He said

"After I find something to wear for the party."I said walking to our room

"Why can't you just do that when you wake up?"He groaned

"Because I have to straighten my daughters hair when I wake up."I said

"Our daughter."He said laying down

"Blah blah blah blah the point is I have to do it now."I said going into the closet

I was about to pull a outfit out when he grabs my arm a drags me back in the bed.

"I'll pick your outfit just go to sleep."He said

"Naw I don't trust you last time I let you do that you picked out a bodysuit, trench coat, and some black high heels."I said looking at him

"So it was a good outfit."He shrugged

"But it was fucking forty five degrees outside."I said looking at him like he was stupid

"Alright maybe that was a stupid choice of clothes."He said

"Really?"I said being sarcastic

"Get fucked up."He said squinting his eyes at me

I laughed then laid down.

"I'm a let you pick my clothes out but if you pick some crazy as shit out again I'm gonna make you wear a fucking thong to that damn party."I said putting my finger in his face

"Man whatever."He said slapping my hand out his face and laying down
