Holly was sitting beside me and crying silently in my shoulder. I rubbed her back and Zack was trying to comfort her.

"Zack, please stop." I told him.

He stopped and Holly pulled away. "Zack, I'm sorry for the way Adia's been treating you. She's been like this ever since I was-" She stopped and started crying again.

"Holly, were you, were you raped?" Zack asked hesitantly.

She sobbed harder and nodded. "Adia and I were at a party and this guy that was flirting with us offered me a drink. Obviously I said fuck no but not in those words. I didn't know that my water was spiked. I had it in my hands at all times and kept it close by me. After I was drugged, I don't remember much, only waking up and Adia hitting the guy next to me. The guy got arrested Adia and I moved. I didn't want to be looked at with so many conflicting eyes. Adia promised me that she would never let anything happen to me again. That's why she reacted the way she did. She was reliving that moment."

"Holly-" Alex said.

"It feels good, getting that off my chest." She said.

"Were you drugged that night?" I asked quietly.

"No. Ash told me personally that nothing will happen to us girls." She chuckled and I squeezed her hand.

"Please take care of her Zack. I thought I lost her." I croaked out.

"I swear on my life." He replied.

Holly went in his arms and she cried. "You and I are the same Adi." Alex said moving to sit by me.

"How?" I asked.

"Protecting the ones we love."

I smiled and looked over at my best friend and her boyfriend. She looked relaxed and calm. But most of all, happy. And that was the face that I loved seeing on her. A face full of happiness and content.

"Holly, Alex and I are heading to bed." I told her stretching.

"Okay but first, what the fuck happened to you Alex?"

He clenched his jaw and replied, "Adam Levine." "The lead singer of Maroon 5?"

"Yes, that asshole."

"What did he do?" Zack asked.

"He forced himself on Adia." Holly gasped and I looked away.

"Not again." She whispered.

"Again? Adia, what is she talking about?" Alex asked holding my hands.

"Some guys may have forced themselves on me a couple of times."

"The whole story Adia. I told mine, tell yours." Holly told me sternly.

I sighed and said, "A bunch of frat guys were hitting on me when I was at the beach one day and I almost got gang rap-"

"Don't finish that sentence, please." Alex said.

"It was horrible. I've only been that scared when I had the situation with Holly."

"You two have been through a lot." Zack said.

"Yeah, we have." Holly and I replied at the same time.

After a couple of minutes, Alex and I went in my room and he showered while I was taking my makeup off. When I finished taking it off, Alex came out with a towel around his waist.

"Do you have any of my shorts or boxers here?"

"Uh yeah, check the top drawer." I replied.

I grabbed a shirt and pair of underwear and went in the shower. I showered and when I put on my shirt, I saw that it was a Maroon 5 shirt.

Curse me and grabbing random shirts.

I walked in my room and Alex tensed up noticing my outfit.

"Please change that shirt."

"Alex I know you can't stand Adam and I can't either but, Adam is not Maroon 5. It is a band and I am friends with other members of the band. They're all important to me."

He sighed out and nodded. I walked to him and examined his face. "Does it hurt?"

"Like a bitch." He replied chuckling.

"I can only imagine."

He kissed me and I rubbed his jaw tenderly. "Ouch, fuck." He groaned.

"I'm sorry but I can't help it." I defended.

He chuckled and laid me on the bed. He got up and turned the light off. He got beside me and I curled up to him.

"Thank you Alex. I'm sorry for fighting with you."

"It's no problem baby. I'll do it all over again if I had the choice. Get some sleep okay?"

I nodded and closed my eyes.

I wrote this chapter in like a hour and a half. But yeah, you know the secrets. I hope this rating doesn't get changed because I used the r word.
