Picture this fanfiction as a Disney princess movie. Imagine the society and town a cross between Tangled and The Pirates Of The Caribbean.

By that I mean somewhat historically inaccurate. Any history you have on any societies- forget them while you read this. Ashrudel and the other kingdoms are placed in a random fantasy world that I created (I know, I'm a geek). That is all there is to know about that. They all speak English. London does not exist. America does not exist. Any towns that you may know of do not exist.

If I use a word that was nonexistent in the 1800s, please do not make a big deal about it. The story takes place during the 1800s. The story isn't written during the 1800s.

I'm trying to only use foods, clothing, and any other objects that existed in the 1800s. If I mess up, please forgive me, as it is my first time writing about something that takes place in a different century. Usually, I look the object up and ask if it existed in the 1800s, but some articles may be incorrect.

Dan's hair is going to be curly in this fiction. Straighteners didn't exist back then, so there would be nothing to straighten his hair. By this logic, you could assume that Phil had his natural reddish brown hair. But if you assumed that, you would be wrong. Because he has had black hair for the majority of his YouTube channel, and that's what people usually describe first about him, it will stay the same. The same thing goes with his eyes, and by that I mean that he will not wear glasses in this fic. Just pretend he has good vision and doesn't need contacts or glasses.

Clean water was a new thing in the 1800s. A lot of diseases came from dirty water. But in Ashrudel the water in the wells will be clean, as well as the water that goes to the castle. The rivers and stuff might be dirty, but the water there will not be used.

*I will include violence, homophobic slurs, and possibly sexism. I do not support any of these, but they add to the plot.*

*There may be sad times in this fiction. As somebody who struggles with severe depression, I understand that sad scenes can trigger a whole wave of misery. Nothing will be heartbreaking (probably), but please stay safe!*

*As I mentioned earlier, there will be slurs mentioned. There will also be swear words, so if you are sensitive to that, read with caution!*

*This story will definitely include smut. This isn't really a trigger warning, but more like a PSA (Public Service Announcement).*

I appreciate constructive criticism, but please do not be mean about it. I'm only in ninth grade, so I can't write as good as J.K. Rowling.

That's all loves! I don't have an updating schedule yet, but considering I will be busy with school soon it may not be every week. I will make sure to update at least (if not definitely more) once a month! It all depends on how social my five friends force me to be.
