When Raleigh Sawyer's grandfather passes away he is left with little in his life except a house with peeling paint and a deck that could be considered dangerous to one's health. But the place is where all of his happy childhood memories can be found, so he drags his friends out to Rhode Island in order to restore the beach house to its former glory.
Adalene Williams is a girl with a thing for coffee and a childhood rooted to a house that's not even her's. Her best friend since she was too small to speak properly just came into possession of that house. He recruits her to fix up the place along with his friends but she doesn't mind because she loves the house just as much as he does.
