The Last Legacy

The Powers

Immediately, everyone starts talking. I can hear some of their conversations: Who is she again? How is there an 11?  Isn't ella the only one who we weren't supposed to know about? I smile nervously, worried about what they would think. Gradually they all fell silent and watched me. I started to explain. I didn't mention all of my other legacies. When I had finished my story, everyone stared at me open mouthed. Ella stepped forwards and embraced me. Tears came to my eyes, happy that I had been accepted. We all grabbed a seat at the mahogony table and one by one, went around and told each other our life stories. Some of them were so sad. All the Cepans seemed to have died! 

After this, we went into what Nine called the lecture hall and one by one demonstrated our different legacies. We started with four. He had a super badass legacy called Lumen. It was amazing. He also had telekinesis, healing and animal telepathy. Six had telekinesis, invisibility and elemental control (like me!) Marina had telekinesis, healing, seeing in the dark and breathing underwater. Eight had shape shifting, telekinesis, teleportation and Hydrolocomotion (the ability to walk on water!) Nine had Telekinesis, antigravity, super speed, super hearing, animal telepathy, and the ability to transfer legacies to another anyone. Ella is last. She has developed telepathy, telekinisis, Aeternus (changing between ages) and Dreynen (the ability to remove other peoples legacies)

It was amazing seeing all the different powers that the garde possessed. We ate together and then Nine said that I could stay here so everyone was together. I said that I needed to go and get Elizabeth and then we could both come. 

I sprinted back home and burst into the door, hoping to surprise her and tell her the amazing news. 

There was no one there. 

I sensed movement behind me. I spun around and there lying on the floor with one hand on her stomach was Elizabeth.
