Dave's p.o.v
I lay on my bed bleeding in my pitch black room. Crying, I sit up looking who knows where. I walk to my computer and open pesterchum and start talking to my friend John. He is nice, we talk when we can since he has school and he gets busy. Right when me and him start to talk about what's going on with life Dirk walks in and glares at me. I tell John I have to go and turn my computer off as Dirk throws me on the floor. I try to stand up just to be grabbed by...Bro I was not surprised. I tried pushing him away but it did not work. I try to punch him but he ties my hands together. As I was trying to get away from bro I did not realize that dirk had tied my feet up....I started to struggle but it was no use so I just stop moving and a piece of cloth was shoved into my mouth. I started to close my eyes when I felt a sharp pain go across my chest. my eyes shot open as i tried to scream but it go muffled by the cloth and started to cry as they keep hitting me. after what felt like forever they stopped untied my hands and feet and walks out of my room i just sat there and cried till i fell asleep...

I opened my eyes and look around i see my bed and i crawl over to it and pull out a bag with stuff that would be in a hospital and fix myself up and i look around again trying to find my window i could tell it was night cuz my room was really dark i see my door and walk to it and open it slightly so i can see my room when i see my window i close my door and i walk to my window and open it. I look at my door and step on to the roof and walks down.when i get to the edge of the roof i hear my bedroom door open i mumbled 'shit' and i look back to see dirk and bro in my room and they looked at me and there ran to the window and smiled sadly as dirk started to climb throw the window and i jumped down we had a two story house so it would hurt when i land but i don't care as long as i can get away from here when i land i hear a loud crack and now my leg is in pain but i had to run but the pain it..it hurt i started to cry i see the front door open and dirk and bro come running out..i got up still in pain and started to run not fast but not slow. I started to run down the street i don't know where in going but all i know is i'm getting away, away from them i hear a car coming from behind me and i hide in the bushes but the sidewalk and i lay down the car is going slow as it drives by i see dirk and bro in the car yelling my name when the car passes i stand up and i start to run again i hear the car stop i know they saw me. I could hear dirk yell out saying "dave stop running! And come here!" which only made my run faster i could hear the car speed up then i got an idea and i started to run to rose's house. I ran thru the woods till i reached a street i looked at the street sign it said "animemo st" i smiled happily and walked to rose's house when i see her house my smile fades i see bro and dirk talking to rose's mom. i hide as she looks this way hoping she did not see me i sigh and start to walk away as i try to think of who i could go to

It's night i don't have my shades on and i'm at a park like a block away from all my friends houses cuz they all live close to each other. I sit there till i hear something that sounded like a twig breaking i jump and look around till i see a figure it looked like a troll but i don't know i got a little scared as it walked closer to me i see that i was karkat i sighed in relief and looked down and i see karkat's feet. I winched in pain as he hit my broken leg saying "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING OUT HERE STRIDER? I HAVE NOT SEEN YOU FOR 10 MONTHS" i just sighs sadly and look up about to say something till i hear him gasp i look confused till he says "Y-YOUR EYES STRIDER YOU..YOUR EYES ARE...." i realise i don't have my shades on and i look around fast looking for them and the second i find them i put them on and run with a very bad limp i start to cry again as the pain starts to kick in again. I fall from the pain and i sit there till i hear run footsteps "STRIDER...ARE YOU OK? YOU WERE LIMPING" i just nod as he rolls his eyes as he looks at my hurt leg and puts a hand on it. I whine when he does, he picks me up and we walk to his house and we walk in he sits me on the couch and he walks off telling me to stay and he come back a few minutes later he tells me "jade and rose are coming" i sigh and lay down with my leg off the couch. I hear a knock at the door and karkat goes and opens it, i look at the door to see jade and rose here i smile again, they walk over to me and look at me, rose was the first to talk "dave dirk and bro are looking for you what going on?" i sigh and i explain what was going on, after i finish they all hug me i push them away telling them i'm fine. About a minute later we hear a knock at the door karkats yells "WHO IS IT!?!" the voice i could hear scared me, i got up fast and limped to karkat's room fast as he opened the door and started to talk to them lying telling them i'm not here. They did not believe him and started to get in a fight. I could tell things were getting bad. I sighed and got up and walked to the window and opened it. I sighs once again and looked at the door as i heard someone say dave hide i just looked down sadly and jumped down and closed the window and walked i was lucky karkat lived in a one story and keep on walking even thow i could still hear them yelling. i hear a car and look up seeing a car i sigh and go a little more into the shadows but the car can still see me. I get more scared as the car stopped next to me i tried to walk faster but pain shot up my leg and i fell down, i see a guy and he picks me up i don't even fight i just sit there and he puts me in the car and sits next to me and the car starts to move.
