BLUE

You felt like your soul was about to get ripped apart. The dust everywhere wasn't help the pain. Then out if nowhere a paintbrush swung at the dark figure, you used this opportunity to scoot away from the figure. "Error, what is worng with you! We had a deal!" A small voice said behind you. You turned around and see a blurry brown figure with a random light blotch around what you were guessing was their waist. "i-InK! Wh-wHaT ArE y-YOu DoIn-iNG he-RE!" the dark figure glitched as you ran behind what you assumed was Ink.

I woke up with a jolt, making the back of my head hurt. My whole body was aching and I had a cast on my right arm.

Ow... What happened? Why does everything hurt...

I glanced around Red's room and noticed a small wooden fold out table next to the bed I was laying on. On the table there was a glas of water, two small white pills on a plate, and a little note. I slowly reached out for the note then grabbed it and whispered it out loud to myself.

"Hey, Blue, your up. Take those pills if your head hurts or if any else hurts. But whatever you do, do not go outside. Thanks, Red."

Why wouldn't Red want me to go outside?

I slowly crawled out of Red's bed and walked out the door. When I reached the stairs I stopped because it already hurt a little bit to walk so how was I supposed to get down the stairs?

I stared at the stairs debating whether I should just roll down them when I heard the front door open. I glaced over at the door and saw Red standing in the dootway.

"Hey Red!" I said to him when I noticed he had blood splattered all over his clothing. Red must've noticed me staring at the blood spots because he looked at them and stated "Oh, you're probably wondering where that came from, huh?"

I nodded in response.

"Well, you know that bit-girl, that beat you up?"

"Oh yeah! Where is she, I wanna talk to her!"

"Um...You don't want pay back? At all?"

"What! Why would I want such a horrible thing?"

"Because she beat the living sh-crap outta you!"

I opened my mouth to respond but was interrupted when Red threw his hands up and said "Let's just stop now! There's no use in arguing over a dead person!"

Wait, what? He killed her! But, no, I wanted to talk to her!

"Red! Why'd you do that, she could've changed into a good person!"

"Ah ha! Good change! I'd love to see that! In this world the only change you see is when your brother comes home one day then starts treating you like complete trash for no reason..." Red's voice trailed off and it looked like he was about to cry.

"Oh, it's okay Red." I comforted as I started to painfully make my way down stairs. Red waved at me to stop as he used his majic to put me back in his room.

"Just stay in there..." I barely heard him say. I tried to fight back against the magic but I just hurt my arm in the process ao I let Red's magic gently set me down in the room.

I sighed and whispered to myself "I'm going to make Red let me help him, even if it kills me."

But I knew I wanted him to accept more than my help.
