Robin's POV
A hero is supposed to do things right. They say that the heroes gets all the girls heart and I recently had got a few girls that are in to me. I never knew before what it feels to have feelings for someone but I think I can probably date a girl one day. I'm turning 18 and I never went out with a girl. The only time I did was me getting Star out there exploring the real life on our planet. She's actually slightly more different than what she's used to be like before we met. "Robin I want to tell you the something." Starfire replies. "Yes Star." "Do you um...Can we please resume the fun out of the tower and do the shopping?" Star asks me nicely. Her eyes sparkled in the sunlight and I couldn't dare say no to her kind eyes and cute smile. "Yeah sure I would love to go with you." I smiled back. "Oh the joy!!"
Starfire hugs me and I felt the need to blush.

I smelled her perfume and she always smelt like Japanese cherry blossoms. She's been my best friend and nothing can get in the way of that. Nothing ever. "We shall be the going then." Starfire pulls me off to my motorcycle. I got on my R-cycle and Star jumps right on and wraps her arms around my back and I put my helmet on and I set off and we were on the road. Starfire then starts giggling behind me as I was driving.

Starfire's POV
Robin. I love him. I need him. His kind smile, his confidence, his black spiky hair, he's the perfect one for me. Robin may not see that but I do. Robin thinks that we are better off being the friends. I can't go on being just friends forever I need love. I love Robin I truly do and I can't deny my love for him. We finally made it to the mall of shopping and I adventured around with Robin. Then I looked at these cute little best friend charms and they were adorable. "Robin look at these I like them." I told him. "Is it what you truly want to have? If so I'll pay for you Star." Robin says. I nodded and Robin pays for it. He's such a gentleman to me. "Thank you friend Robin." I replied. "Anything for you Star. Do you want to hang out at the park and chat about things." Robin says.

"Oh um that would be the fun. Yes please." I took Robin's hand. As we walked out we walked around to the park and sat down on the bench and sat down looking at the sunset. I remembered that Robin loves watching the sunrise and sunset. I actually quite fond with it myself. I breathe in the nice sweet air. The flowers are beautiful and Robin picks up one and smells it and he secretly puts it in my hair. I looked back at Robin and he plants a smirk on his face. I smiled and Robin plays around in my hair. I quite the enjoy him touching my hair. "Distracted? My hair is one of my best features and I love my hair.

"Oh um yeah sorry I got a little distracted with your hair. But when I touching your hair all my problems go away it's quite helpful." Robin replies. "Yeah it help me feel better when I'm upset about something and I want you to have half this charm necklace." I replied placing it on his neck. "Best friends forever. I'm glad you are my best friend." Robin smiles. "Oh and glad I..." I paused. "Are you Robin?" A random girl walks up. "Yeah I am." Robin says. Then all these random girls piles by him and one girl pushes me out the chair and I felt like I was a ghost. "Nobody notice me. Maybe I was foolish to hope that me and Robin would be a thing. But I know it'll never happen because I might be replace by one of those girl and as I watched these girl hug him and I felt the left out.

I decided to leave him behind and I flew home. I'm a nobody because no one ever cares the fuck about me. Robin...I thought I had a shot but my time ran out. I will never feel the emotion of love and Robin is the only one I want but I can't have him...it's all a pointless dream that will never become true. Then I remembered the good and bad times we had and I cherish those times them the most. When I remembered the time when he told me we would never drift apart I started crying. I love Robin but today wasn't how I planned it. Then I remembered the flower in my hair and I started thinking about Robin. "Why won't he see that I love him? Does he love me at all? I just want him to be mine is that too much to ask for?" I wondered to myself. The more I thought about the more upset I was about him not helping me out back there. That girl literally pushed me and he didn't even care about me.

I hate it but I still do love him. Why do I think I can get him to love me if all these fangirls are dragging me away from him. It's clear enough then I'm not perfect for him at all. I don't know what to do should I give myself another chance to prove I'm worth it to him or should I give up? At this point I have a big desicion on my hands. Then I remembered from Val-Yor calling me Troq. I'm not weak and I will always love Robin even if it means dying for him. Then I heard a knock on the door and Robin walks in the room looking into my eyes of sadness. Tears fall down my face as he walks in and sits down on my bed. "Robin why would you let that girl push me? I thought we were friends?" I replied.

"Your yelling about something rather important I need to know. Tell me Star what's the matter?" Robin asked. "It's nothing. As a friend I thought you cared. You are my best friend and I guess that's all we'll ever be. Thanks friend Robin I appreciate the day with you." I told him."Wait Star I...I'm sorry Star I didn't mean to hurt your feelings." Robin says. "But you did Robin and for that I want to be the alone." I told him. Tears fell down my face and I had nothing more to say. Robin eyes narrowed down and he finally gets up and leaves and I started crying as the door closes behind him. "Why Robin why would you Why Why WHY!!!" I sobbed for hours in my room. I needed Robin but he wouldn't even bother to care for me. I then had a flashback on one of the outings we did ever since we met.

Flashback

"Um Starfire."

As I heard his voice I looked down at Robin. He entwined his fingers with mine and he sits me down closer to him.

"Yes Robin."

"You know your my best friend right?"

"And you are mine."

"I never want anything to get in the way of that."

"Nothing ever could."

"I know."

"Then we have..." Robin's communicator rings and Cyborg calls us to meet them at the Pier.

Flashback over

Ever since that day Robin had forgotten that whole thing and focus on work and research. I could never win his heart anyways. Robin stole my heart and I can't deny that I probably will break him from hero work into having a relationship with me. Robin was the most best thing that ever happened to me since the day I first met him. He turned my life upside down and made me feel happy. But I probably have to move on and forget him because I may not have a shot to tell him how much I really do love him. My love is Undeniable for my best friend in the world, Robin.
