"Hey, everything okay?" My sister asked walking into the kitchen

"Don't really want to talk about it Elle....how was it in uh.... Italy?"

"Absolutely beautiful! I had a great time... It's definitely an adjustment "

"Going to Italy?"

"No.... The... Luxury of certain things I mean I appreciate it but at the same time I'm not interested in his money I just love him for him..."

"What does he do anyway? "

"Some kind of athlete is all I know..."

I wondered what kind too but I guess they both work together my sister and I would be busy soon with work and her fiancé had to get back to work also, I knew she was sad about it but I think having me around helped.

"So. Did you guys set a date?"

"Yeah. It will be two years though and he will likely be gone for work so do you think you could help me plan it? "

I was excited she asked me to help her out "are you kidding me?! Of course I will!"

"Good.... And you're also the maid of honor.."

"That means wearing a dress" I groaned

"Yes! What's wrong with that? You looked amazing in that dress last month!"

"Yeah well I'm not sure about that "

"Why? You know he was staring at you all night right...."

"I'm convinced you're seeing things sister dearest... Because he wasn't "

She rolled her eyes and shook her head I didn't care and she tried to hook me up with him but even if I wanted to I could do it myself I'd rather it happen if it's meant to.

"Consider giving him a chance? He's really nice!"

"I'm sure he is Elle but I don't need help finding a boyfriend okay? I can do it just fine on my own..."

"No you clearly need some help! I think you forgot how to date...."

I had to laugh even if I wanted to be annoyed with her I couldn't stay annoyed she just knows how to make me smile, I checked the time a quickly grabbed my headphones.

"I'll be back!"

"Where are you going?"

"For my run... See ya!"

It was a good feeling to be running again I missed being able to exercise I decided to stop in a park and watch the sunset it was so pretty, I had to smile to myself and enjoy the moment because it was wedding season and wedding season we're always busy. I finally decided to head back home it was getting late and I didn't want to be out here at night, I showered and got into bed but I couldn't sleep I had so much on my mind lately from work to this guy, Sebastian's dad and it was all building up. I finally went back home, took my shower and got Sebastian ready for bed then he fell asleep watching a movie he was so perfect and all that I needed the next day my dad came to the house for a surprise visit.

"A wrestling match ?" I said as I cleaned up

"Yeah he loves watching it.... I will keep him overnight bring him back "

"I guess if he really wants to....I need to take care of some stuff anyway and help Elle plan the wedding we have tons to do"

I packed his bags and they were gone then I went to work I had a hiring fair today and I had to go set the booth up with my sister, we had some good applicants so far but then this woman very business dressed came up to us and all we could do was stare at her.

"Hi. I'm Nautica this is my sister Ellie are you here to apply?"

She smirked a little bit "no ladies actually I'm here for you.." She was incredibly straightforward and firm I think we were both intimidated

"Okay. How can I help you?"

She smiled a bit "well I've heard you're the best of the best and I've seen your work so I'm here to offer you a job"

I was confused how on earth has she seen my work? "Okay. Um I'm not sure how you've seen my work..."

She smiled again then laughed a little bit "why don't we go somewhere a bit more private if you don't mind? We have a lot to talk about... You don't mind do you Elle?"

How did she know we call my sister Elle? I looked at my sister who looked just as confused as I was but she just nodded and I went with this lady in her town car to a restaurant in a private room and just listened to her explain the job to me and what it entails and it sounded like a great deal to me I mean why not? Of course it would be weird working for someone and not being my own boss but maybe I needed something more simple?

I finally reached home with all the applications to look over so many good people with talent and I have a lot on my plate.

"What happened? What did she say?"

"Not much I guess just that she wants me to switch...."

My sister looked worried "what about our shop?"

"I didn't say yes or no she has a business she understands I need a few days....."

I said nothing else just went to my room and sat there thinking.... It was time I guess to do something different right? I knew I wanted Ellie to come with me I couldn't do it alone especially with Sebastian. I had calls to make first putting my cousin in charge and then hiring on more people, because we would need it I checked the time and it was time for me to head into work when I got there one of my top stylists Christian came to me right away.

"Oh my god you missed it.... Major hottie came in to book an appointment! Ugh he was ooooon Fire! Whoooo girl!"

I laughed I absolutely love Christian he was great "did you ask him out?"

"No! He's straight... Anyway he will be in  pretty soon here and you're the only one available....."

"Sure what's his name?"

He looked in the book and finally found it "uhhhhh his name is Nick Nemeth....oh girl and there he is" Christian said walking away I looked up and there he was he walked up to the counter smiling.

"Hi. You must be Nick?" I asked raising an eyebrow "I'm Nautica and I will be cutting your hair today...." It's like I was being setup it was just my luck right?

"How's your day going?" He asked sitting down as I set things up

"Unpredictable and eventful.... You?"

"Not bad I guess cant complain right?"

"So. What would you like?"

He looked at me in the mirror and smirked I hate it when he does that it makes him more attractive.
