"so how's it going?! Is it weird? We all miss you!" Christian said as all my salon friends were gathered around the computer at his house, I smiled holding back tears.

"It is I mean I'm used to being the boss." We all laughed "mostly I just miss everybody. There's really nobody here that I socialize with so it gets boring....it's just one state to the next....."

"It's gotta be fun though right?"

"I guess it's okay..... it's very busy compared to what I'm used to"

"You haven't made friends with anybody?" Bella asked

"Not really no..... the girls stay to themselves and the guys.... they talk they're funny but the ones who are single " I rolled my eyes and everyone laughed

"Hey it's a good chance to meet your future husband!" Missy said

"Or you can bring me one back!"

"Sorry Christian they're all straight "

I checked the time it was getting late and we would soon enough be to the next stop so I told everyone I'd talk to them later, it took some time but soon enough I fell asleep. When we got to the next state I got ready for the day then headed to a diner in town making sure to keep track of the time to get to the arena to set up my station, honestly the only people I did talk to was the other stylists they were the only sociable ones. I saw others gathered at tables in their little groups some of the girls just stared at me which was irritating, I was here for a job not to impress anybody. I sat in a booth by myself then looked over the menu but it seemed everything was pretty loaded with calories, as I was trying to decide what to order someone sat across from me I looked up in surprise.

"Hey, is it cool if I join you?"

"Uh yeah. Sure...."

He smiled at me "awesome. I just wanted to make sure the seat wasn't taken "

"No. Definitely not an probably never will be either "

"Why do you say that?"

"Nothing never mind it was stupid "

"It's not you can tell me....."

"I don't know that you've noticed but the whole two months I've been here, I get stared at like I'm a freak show and nobody talks to me "

"Ah. Yeah I know the girls can be a little harsh. I know it may be hard but try not to let it get to you? "

"It's just irritating I guess. "

"But are you enjoying the work?"

"I am yes but a little distracted "

"Ahhh. You're homesick aren't you? "

"Is it obvious I've never lived this lifestyle?"

We both chuckled "well only a little bit but there's nothing wrong with that"

"I do miss my son and friends but I'm just worried about how things at my salon are going.... even though I know I shouldn't because it's in good hands"

"Oh you have your own business?"

"I do. I own hair salons in several different states so I do stay busy."

"Wow that's great. How old is your son?"

"He's going to be three" I said with a big smile

"Proud mama I can tell. That's awesome I'm sure he misses you it's gotta be tough being away from him"

"Very but I'll be going back home tomorrow "

"What?! No way but you just got here"

I laughed a little "I'm coming back I promise. I just have an important meeting to attend"

"Well thank goodness because I'd hate to see you go"

"Whys that? You're like the first person to actually come talk to me let alone sit with me "

"You're talented and hardworking we need someone like that here, you're pretty funny too.... and I think we'd be great friends. Everyone else? They just need time to come around.... we're all like family here but keep your head up okay?"

"Thanks Kofi....."

We finally got our food and ate and talked then he showed me around before it was time to get to work, I had to admit today went better then it has since I got here. But I did miss my family, my friends, my job back home and I knew then that this was going to be difficult. The night was going good and as usual there was people everywhere running around like crazy, I loved that everyone had fun though it just shows it's not so uptight.

"So when will you be back?"

"Oh. I'll be gone for four days "

"Ugh seriously? Four freaking days?! What am I going to do ?"

"Well you do still have cara, auburn, Gen, tucker, David, and..... everyone else "

"Honestly we're all bummed though"

I laughed a little bit "it's only a few days I'll be back soon enough "

"Thank goodness because I was worried you would leave for good "

"What? Really?"

"Yeah. I know the other girls are harsh but I like you...."

I smiled a bit "well thank you Paige. I like you too...."

Watching everything from backstage was kinda fun, Sebastian and my dad were into wrestling but it was the first time I watched Monday night RAW when I came here. I mostly thought it was just drama but the matches were good I guess, I was having fun and at least some people were coming around. I hurried to the bus gathering up my stuff then soon enough I was boarding my plane back home, I got about four hours of sleep before my meeting about opening a few more shops and when I got home I was relieved.

"Thank god. You're here" was the first thing I heard my sister sat when I got in the door

"Elle.... please...."

"I have so much to go over with you about the wedding...."

"Elle..."

"Claudio is gone again but we went over some stuff and I wanted your help with-"

"ELLE!" I yelled she looked surprised and a little hurt and I didn't mean to be crabby but I was beyond exhausted "you know I love helping you plan but.... not right now. Okay? I'm beyond exhausted dads going to be bringing Sebastian tomorrow afternoon and I fully intend on sleeping until then.... we will talk about this tomorrow okay?"

I didn't say anything else I just walked to my room and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
