Here it was several weeks later and my ankle was not quite healed yet which really is an inconvenience because it was hard to get up and around and I couldn't do much with Sebastian so he was staying with my dad, I had an appointment today and my sister was driving me. As I got called in he came walking out and we just stopped and stared at each other for a minute then he smirked.
"Well if it isn't little miss independent..."
"Yes, mister superstar.... What are you doing here? Stalking me?"
"No.... I'd never stalk you.... Only try to steal your heart..." He winked and I rolled my eyes "I had a minor injury.... Coming for your checkup? How's it doing?"
"Yes and not any better unfortunately "
"Give it time it will heal up... Trust me"
"Right right you know a thing or two I remember...."
"Yup not a expert.... Will you take me up on stealing your heart though?"
I held back laughter and my sister raised a eyebrow at me but I nudged her "thank you for your help... Again I appreciate it but like I said before you don't want me..."
I started walking away to go back to the car but I had to wait for my sister to come down from the parking ramp, while waiting he stepped beside me saying nothing just fiddling with his keys.
"Are you going to just awkwardly stand there orrr?" I finally said
"Will it work if I seduce you with my awkwardness?"
"I really hope you're joking " I said finally laughing and he smiled
"I am I'm not like that I swear .... I just wanted to make you laugh ...."
"Are you sure? It seemed very convincing...."
"That depends.... Did it work?"
"No...."
"I'm kidding... But really I just wanted to make you laugh is all"
"Well that worked... And at least you have a good sense of humor "
"You have to have a positive attitude and great sense of humor.... It does you good"
"Well I can agree with that one.... It's definitely a bonus...."
My phone rang seeing it was my sister I quickly picked up because I was wondering where in the hell she was at, it's not that I don't like him but I was tired and wanted to go home so I could rest.
"Ellie where are you?"
"Heyyyy so something came up and they need me at work, I'm sorry sis"
I knew exactly what she was doing.... I glared and said in a firm tone "Ellie don't you dare..."
"Don't I dare what? My boss just called me I need to go "
" no don't you dare hang up.... You are not going to leave me like this...."
"I don't have much choice Nat.... Ask that hot guy who so obviously was flirting "
