I've been so busy with life and going into adulthood that life just kinda got ahold of me. I'm currently in the process of trying to move halfway across the country. By myself. Yeah.

Also I've been having to deal with my grandfather who is dying of cancer...

Logan was silent the whole way home. And the rest of the evening in fact. Everyone know she was on edge. Even Ciel and Sebastian left her be.

It was nearing nightfall when Sebastian finally attempted any sort of conversation.

"My lady-"

"For the love of god Sebastian stop calling me that!!" Sebastian nearly flinched. Boy was she in a bad mood.

"Forgive me, Logan. Is there anything you'd like before bed? Maybe a cup of tea to help you relax?" Sebastian bowed, acting like a formal butler. Wrong move.

Logans eye twitched. "You need to make up your damned mind. Are you my lover or are you my butler. And until you've got that straight then talk to me."

Sebastian sighed. Maybe this is why he stopped pursuing women a millennium ago. "Logan. Please dont behave this way. I apologize. I've never been in this sort of situation before."

"You think I have? Do you even understand the gravity of this relationship? I just messed up by hinting that her suspicions were true. Do you realize what this would do to this family name? To Ciel's business? It's a scandal, Sebastian. For a butler and a lady of a household to be in a romantic relationship is more taboo than even adultery." Logan's face fell from her tense and angry mood to a defeated one.

Sebastian made his way to her side, placing his hand on her lower back to try to comfort her. "I understand and am sorry. I will buy us enough time for me to complete the contract with your brother and for us to leave."

"Leave?" Logan looked confused. What did he mean by leave?

"Yes. We cannot stay in this place. We're immortal. They'll notice for sure. Then your family's reputation will be the last of your worries." Sebastian said as he wrapped his arms around her waist. Taking a seat in a nearby chair and pulling her into his lap. "We can't trouble ourselves with matters of this world. Especially over the world of demons. Theres things you yet not understand, love. In time you'll see."

"Does this have to do with the deal you made to bring me back to life?" Sebastian stiffened. That was one thing he didnt want to talk about. "What did you promise in return anyway?"

"It doesnt matter. Whats done is done."

"Sebastian. What. Did. You. Do." Logan demanded, her face dark.

Sebastian looked away. It wasn't like he could take it back even if he wanted to. "The demon I made a deal with wanted a wife. He wanted you but that was out of the question. So.. I volunteered someone else."

"Who!?" Logan was mad, he could tell.

"Our daughter."

I don't have school until spring semester so I'll have time to update. I do work one week this month but it's only 4 or 5 days and not all day.
