Chapter 8- No leader

Michelle POV
I hear the Boss giving me a chance to become a spy. Do I really want that? If I become a spy, it will only make things worst with Riley. But on the other hand, I'll be more protected.
"I..... I dont know. This is big. What about my friends?" I say, looking at Stephanie, Giselle, Amanda and Richelle.
"What about them?" He asks.
"I cant just become a spy and leave them alone!" I say.
"You will be asigned to the Riley Case, with Ella."
"I...... I need time ok?" I say and leave the office.
As I go, Giselle comes.
"So? What?" She says.
"Oh... Nothing. Just some things aboit Riley. She was in prison. Nothing suspicious."

Giselle POV
As soon as Michelle tells me that, Im surprised. We know for a fact that she wasnt there. When Im about to go, a alarm is heard.
"Danger! Danger! Danger!"

Piper POV
I hear the alarm and get panicked. What do they mean by danger? Did they find out about me?
"Danger! A attempt for entrance in the back!" The alarm says.
Who would be so stupid to get in here from the back? I go running to the back, but I notice that one of the girls follows me. Amanda I think. We go to the back and I turn around.
"What are you doing? Go back there!" I say.
"I thought I could hel-" She tries to say, but I cut her.
"You cant. So go!" I shout and she leaves. No one followed me. I see who the person is. When I see him, I go closer.
"What are you doing here?" I whisper.
"Riley told me to come!" He says.
"Why would she do that?" I say.
"You will see!" He says and before everyone comes he kicks me. I fall on the ground and he runs away. Even the guards that guard the door come here.
"Piper! What happened?" They shout.
"I... He left that way!" I shout and point to the opposite direction than he really left.
"Michelle! Help her!" Ella shouts. "I got this!"
Ella runs away.
"You will be ok. What did that person do?" Michelle tells me, helping me up.
"He just came. I fought him, but he sneaked behind me and kicked me." I say, pretending to be sad.

Meanwhile...
Riley POV
I enter the building. No guards. No passcode because of the alarm. Everyone is focused on the back. I hide my face and run to the Boss's office. I knock.
"Come in!" He says.
I enter and show my face.
"You! You sneaked from the back!" He says.
"Huh." I say. "You know? You are not that smart. For the leader of the organisation."
He sees on the camera a man in black clothes running on the halls.
"What are you here for?" He asks.
"What do you think?" I say and pull out my gun.
"You wouldnt!"
"The original plan was a kiddnap. But seeing the risk of that.... Any last wish?" I say smirking.
"Dont touch my daughter!"
"If she doesnt get in my way and stays far from the organisation, I wont wast a single bullet with her." I say and notice that the guards are coming back. "Say goodbye!"
I shoot him. I cover my face and go outside. With a changed voice, I shout.
"Fast! He fainted!"
Everybody goes there and I manage to go outside. Not so hard after all.

3 hours later...
Ella POV
Right now, we are in the hospital, outside my dad's room. In staying with Michelle.
"He is gonna be ok. Dont worry." Michelle says.
"Its all my fault. I couldve stayed by him, instead of following that man. How did I not see such an obvious trap?!" I cry.
The doctor comes out.
"Im sorry. There is nothing we could do..." He says.
I cry even more.
