Jerry looked shocked through out the whole newspaper and when he finally set it down, I could tell he was struggling to find words to say.
"Sam I," He started.
"I don't know what to say." he said.
Jacoby patted his shoulder.
"Sit. before you fall." Jacoby demanded.
Jerry slowly stumbled his way back.
"That bitch!" he finally got out.
I broke into a fight of laughter with a couple small chuckles from Jacoby.
"How could she? Your nothing like that." Jerry said ignoring our laughter and keeping a straight face.
"Some people are messed up I guess."
"But it doesn't matter. All I know is that Miranda won't be bullying me anymore and that I'm ok." I said standing up.
"Yah and what if that story was all bullshit? What if she moved just to bully you?" Jacoby asked moving his arms and crossing them.
"Wells that's simple. I'll just kick her ass. I'm not afraid of her anymore." I state.
Jacoby laughs "That's my girl." he pulls me into a hug and Jerry joins in.
"HEY! don't we get to be a part of the bear hug?" Tobin yells and him and Tony walk through the door.
"Of course!" I yell hurrying them over.
Later that night we all chilled, watched Paranormal Activity 4 while Tobin hid behind a blanket and Tony laughed at him, through candy at each other, and even ordered pizza.
-ding dong-
"I'll get it." I said standing up.
Must be the pizza man.
I opened the door, only to reveal my mom.
"DAD!" I shrieked and not the kind of shriek that says I need you for a moment the kind that says I'm scared.
Seconds later I heard my dad run to the front entry and push me behind him.
"What do you want Layla?" Jacoby sneered.
"I want my daughter back." She scowled.
"Your the one who sent me here!" I scream letting the tears fall.
"SHUT UP!" my mother screams back.
Jerry walks over and pulls me into a hug as I cry into his chest.
"Oh if it isn't Jerry." my mom mumbles.
Jerry gives her a look before pulling me into the living room.
I hear them argue for a few more minutes before the door slams and Jacoby stomps in here.
-Jacobys POV-
"Oh if it isn't Jerry." Layla sneers.
Jerry shoots her a glance before dragging Sam off into the living room.
"I want my daughter back" She repeats.
"Well you aren't getting her!" I yell.
"SHE'S MY DAUGHTER AND YOU CAN'T KEEP HER FROM ME!" She screams.
"SHE'S MY DAUGHTER TOO AND I WILL NOT LET HER BE AROUND A DRUG ADDICT ALCOHOLIC WHO HITS HER!" I scream and here Sam cry louder, it breaks my heart when she cries. After all she's been through, she doesn't need this.
"I'm taking you to court. I want full custody of Sam and I don't want her seeing you!" Layla yells before slamming my door.
I stomp into the living room.
-Sams POV-
"What?" Jerry asks obviously picking up on Jacobys pissed look.
"She's taking me to court. She wants full custody of Sam." He yells and my mouth hands open.
I look out the window an see my mom sitting in a car.
"What?!" Tobin yells standing up.
Anger rises up in me an before I realize my actions I'm running out the door and towards my moms car.
"Sam!" Jacoby, Tony, Tobin and Jerry yell after me.
I open my moms door and pull her out by her hair.
"OW!" she yelps.
I kick her in her stomach "YOU STUPID BITCH HOW COULD YOU!"
I punch her a few times before Jacoby pulls me off her an restrains me from attacking her again.
When my mom regains her balance again she stands up and comes walking towards me and tries to slap me but I bit her.
"Ow! You stupid child! I HATE YOU!"
"I hate you too!" I yell before she drives away.
Jacoby lets go off me and I could tell he was scared I was going to do something stupid.
Out of anger, I scowl at him. "I'm not going to beat you up." I say stepping towards him a step.
He doesn't say anything he just stands there with wide eyes.
I sit down and mentally calm myself time.
"I'm sorry Dad." I say.
He sits down beside me and hugs me.
"It's okay."
"But you should get some sleep, your all wound up now."
My dad says picking me up and taking me upstairs.
"I just want you to know, if it kills me I will never ever, let you go back and live with her." He says before kissing my forehead.
"Goodnight angel."
"Goodnight dad."
