Y/N POV

Zane gave me a call earlier today said he had a bad headache, poor guy, he told me he didn't want to do anything today but fuck that! he should know me better then that!

I stroll over to zane's house. I've got a bunch of stuff to help him out like three my little horses movies, a cosy blanket, some food, his jacket he left at my house even though he's got like 5 of the same jacket heh...*ahem* some more my little horses toys, etc...for a guy that looks so emo and acts so rude zane has a really adorable soft side to him, thats probably one of the big reasons as to why I have this big crush on him...even though he doesn't like me back, then again he doesn't really like anyone, I'm glad he at least accepts me as his friend.

I get to zane's house and knock on the door only to be greeted by a drowsy zane.

"Y/N? what are you doing here? I told you I was sick" His voice was muffled, he had his jacket collar up to his nose and just underneath the dark circles under his eyes

"I knoooow, but~ I thought I'd come over and help you out" I beamed

"help me out? with what? I can take care of myself you know" he groaned

"oh can you now? this coming from the guy who's still unpacking boxes for his house he bought yesterday" I say with a smug face as I showed him all the stuff I brought

"...ugh, fine, I can't deny I want to watch those movies" he pouted motioning his hand for me to come inside. I prance into his house and sit myself down onto the couch and kick off my shoes.

Zane's POV

We went through all the my little horses movies and we watched through season 1-4, I had already seen them over 100 times so I got pretty bored quickly. At least my headache went away fast but It's gotten late in the afternoon, we didn't keep track of what time of day it was and now its like 10:18pm since it was so late we decided to watch creepy pastas since they say its best to watch scary stuff at night so we turned off the lights and watched in the dark. It was kinda cold, and it was raining outside .I barely ever get to spend time with Y/N...I want to do something...i want to confess to her...I want to tell her how I feel or at least drop some sort of hint, she's all I ever think about, she's beautiful, kind, smart, funny...did I mention beautiful already? but I don't know what to do.

"brrr! I should have worn more layers its pretty cold huh"

"y-yeah...wait I know...lets use the blanket you brought duh"

"Oh yeah I forgot, its on your side" she said, I arched over and picked up the blanket but its wasn't big enough to wrap around both of us

"...uh...heheh you know what you take it" she smiled

"what? no no I'm not that cold you take it"

"no you"

"no YOU" and this went on for a while until we just stopped and stared at each other wondering what to do. Without thought I pulled Y/N over on my lap and leaned back so I could wrap the blanket around both of us, I wrap my arms around her waist and pull her close.

"wh-what are you d-doing" she blushes...I do to...but I hug her tighter and her head falls on my chest

"l-look y-your c-cold...just deal with it, w-we both get the blanket this way" i turn away to hide my blushing but I feel her head nuzzle into my chest which made me go beet red

"...heheh o-ok whatever s-suits you" she stuttered...she.is.so.cute. It started to rain down hard there was thunder and for everytime lightning struck she gripped on to me tighter...she was shaking, the blanket still wasn't covering us much and she wasn't wearing many layers. I had an Idea, I sat up and took off my jacket (A/N Don't get all giddy, zane is wearing a shirt underneath his jacket you pervs) I handed it to Y/N and she didn't hesitate to put it on

"Thanks, your jacket is really cosy" she said burying her face into the mask

"no problem" I pulled her back down bit this time she snuggled up to me.

"u-uh Y/N y-your a little c-close there" she blushed and tried to sit up

"o-oh! s-sorry I didn't mean t- EEEP!" another lightning strike hit and caused a blackout, Y/N screamed and wrapped her arms around my neck tightly, her cheek was against mine, her legs were around me, she was straddling me...and i think she was crying

"h-hey don't be a scaredy cat, besides its not that dark you can still see things cause of the moonlight" I said putting my hands on her shoulders VERY lightly pushing her away from me before things get even more awkward.

"th-thanks zane...heh...you know...I really don't know what I'd do without you...I really don't..."

"Well...I'm uh not planning for you to find out" she paused for a moment, then her grip tightened...

"...Y/N?...is something wrong?" I sat up and looked at her...she looked so irresistible in the moonlight...part of me just wants to kiss her right here and now but I hold back...

"Zane...p-promise me something...promise me that if I'm ever in danger...you'll come save me...if I'm ever scared...you'll be there to help me...please?..." she looked up at me trying to wipe tears away

"*sniff* p-pinkie *sniff* promise?" She said softly 

I paused then lightly smiled and sat her up "cross my heart and hope to fly stick a cupcake in my eye" I say playfully (A/N or as playfully as Zane can be) 

"hmhm...thanks...you're the best" Y/N smiled as she...slowly...leaned in...I didn't know what was happening...but I leaned in as well. I put my hands on her waist, she rested one arm on my shoulder and the other arm on my bicep 

"Y/N...I..." I stopped out of nervousness whilst Y/N looked at me as I got lost in her stunning eyes and ran my fingers through her silky Y/H hair. I gulped

"I love-" another lightning strike hit and out of fear Y/N jumped forward and smashed her lips into mine. Before she could pull away in embarrassment I close my eyes and wrap the rest of my arm around her waist and push her head into me and hold her in place tightly, I felt Y/N wrap her arms around my neck and tighten the grip of her legs around my waist, I return the favour by lightly pushing her head in more to deepen the kiss. We stay is a tender kiss for a few more minutes, I wish I could have more but we pull away (A/N This ain't a lemon), we stare into each others eyes. We stay silent...what do I say...finally she speaks.

"I...didn't mean for that to happen...eheheh" her mouth slightly curls up but she still looks a little worried.

"...n-not a bad mistake if you ask me" I awkwardly scratch my head and she blushes. We remain silent for a little while, Y/N nuzzels into my chest again and giggles

"I...honestly don't know... where we're supposed to go from here...but...for now I just want to stay like this for a while...please?" She gives me puppy eyes

"of coarse..." I kissed her forehead "I love you Y/N..." She looked at me and kissed me gently

"I love you to zane"

Y/N and Zane lived there lives with a secret love and didn't tell anyone until Kawaii~Chan found out and blurted it out to everyone else.
