Chapter 5

Dmitri POV

We walked most of the way to class in silence. I wonted to ask her so many question but didn't know how. So instead I watched as the students and teachers ran to get out of our path,I smiled at the thought of every one being scared of me

When I looked down I caught Mackenzie looking at me out the corner of her eye which made me smile more.

When we entered class everybody started staring at us. I watched as Mackenzie made her way to her desk. I saw Ashley glaring at her as she set down. Stupid slut I can't believe she actually think I wont her.

I was on my way to sit behind Ashley when I heard a guy I know as Jet talking to Mackenzie. When I looked over she had an annoyed look on her face. "Come on Mackenzie you know you wont me"I heard Jet say. " if you don't leave me the hell alone Jet I swear I'm gonna punch you in the fucking face." Before he could answer to her threat I was standings over his desk.

"Get the hell up"I yelled. He looked at me for a moment. When he caught the angry and serious expression on my face he jumped up.

Once he moved I sat down next to her and then turned to look at her. I was surprised to see her smiling. Just then the bell sounded begging class.

Halfway through class Mackenzie seat her opened note book on my desk to a piece of paper she'd wrote on "thanks for taking care of him." I scribbled a few words back that said "what are friends for." Which made her smile. She then wrote back something that made me and my wolf very happy. "Would you walk me to PE since we have it together : )? I looked up at her smiling and nodded my head. For the rest of we set in silence waiting for the bell to sound.
