Nate pulled the blanket around him tighter as the wheels of the cart bounced over the rocky road. It had suddenly started snowing after he hitched a ride in a rather crowded cart full of dogs but the owner was kind enough to give him a blanket. Also, the dogs helped too. They were very nice. He eventually fell asleep, snuggling with a puppy.

Nate was tapped on the shoulder by the owner and was waken up.
"Hey, bud, this is as far as I can take ya. I gotta go back. Also, hey, that dog you've been snugglin with won't even let anyone touch him. He must like ya. Why don't you take him?"
The dog the owner spoke of was a big, fluffy, black and white Siberian husky with one brown eye (that almost looked red) and one blue eye. It was a beautiful dog though.
"Really? You'd let me?" Nate said, surprised.
"Yeah! Go ahead, here's his lead." The owner handed Nate a green rope that hooked onto the dog's collar.
"Thank you so much for everything." Nate said.
"No biggie." The owner said as she helped Nate and the dog out.
"What'cha gonna name 'im?" Nate paused.
"Hmm... I really like the name Cerberus." Nate said, "I think it fits him." The owner nodded.
"Yeah, I think so too. Speakin of names, mines Morgan. Yours?" The owner said.
"Oh, I'm Nathan but you can call me Nate." He replied.
"Cool! Well, fare well, Nate!" Morgan said as she encouraged the horse to move and it did, pulling the cart away.
"Well, Cerberus," Nate said as he put the lead on him, "this is gonna be an adventure."

[Ayy, I'm actually doing good on the updates so far. *knocks on wood.*]
