"You need to rest. I'll carry you." Deidara says as he picks me up with a slight grunt. I sigh at the warmth pouring into my body from him.
"I'm going to slow you down." I say as I look up to him, my face blank.
"So, you need to rest. You've still got 3 more." Deidara argues as he looks down at me lovingly. I sigh heavily at his stubbornness, but get an idea that'll help him.
"This is going to feel like an adrenaline rush but about a hundred times worse, so as soon as I touch you, take off at full speed." I say to him. He looks at me confused for a moment but nods anyway.
"You have to look at me Dei." I say as I activate my Dāku. He looks me in the eye and smiles. I focus energy into my hand and press it to his heart, sending my chakra pumping through his veins. He gasps and his pupils go wide.
"Go." I state simply. He charges forward leaving a small crater where his foot was and races almost as fast as me through the forest.
"Keep going straight until I say stop." I tell him. He nods and I close my eyes for a moment, still catching my breath. I feel a soft pressure on my lips and I relax even more and wrap my arms around Dei's neck.
"You are so talented. You know that right?" Deidara asks when he pulls away, our lips making a lovely smacking noise as they part. I just smirk and shrug my shoulders as I continue to look at him.
"Hm." He says and chuckles as he continues racing forward. About thirty minutes later, I look at the area surrounding us. I tap Dei's shoulder a few times and he looks down at me and stops. I slowly make my way out of his arms and stretch my limbs, getting ready to run the rest of the hour long journey ahead of us.
"Are you sure you're okay to run, Hay?" He asks as he wraps his arms around me from behind, his hands resting on my ribcage. I lean back into him and nod, then remove his arms and begin to run.
"So where are we off to now, hm?" He asks, keeping pace with me.
"If I told you, you'd try your hardest to keep me from doing it." I say and look at him. My face was yet again blank, but I knew he could sense the mischief in my demeanor.
"Do you honestly think I could stop you anyway?" He asks, chuckling lightly while shaking his head.
"No, but I'd rather not deal with that." I say and he chuckles harder. We continue running and leaping through the trees for the entire hour before we were standing in front of a place I hadn't seen for about four years.
The underground temple still looked the same, just a bit of nature over growing since there was no one to take care of the grounds, since Sasuke and I killed them all that day.
I cover my nose with the sleeve of my cloak because of the smell and take Dei's hand and begin running down the halls, trying to remember the way to the hall my bedroom was on. If I'm correct, that's where the fight had taken place. After getting lost about three times and having to turn around, I finally found it by the stench of rotting carcass, but that smell was pretty much everywhere anyway.
I walk up to the pile of almost completely rotted limbs and smirk. Dei walks up next to me and looks at me with an odd look on his face.
"So who's this?" He asks as he kicked a morbidly disgusting hand with his foot.
"A guy I killed four years ago. His name is Kabuto. Kabuto Yakushi. He was Orochimaru's little bitch." I say and Dei chuckles.
"So, we are in Orochimaru's base, yeah?" He asks and shivers in disgust.
"Yep. Now go in that room down the hall. It has the snowflake carved on the door. It was my old room. Close the door and get on the bed in the farthest corner away from me." I tell him. He nods before walking down the long hallway. I send the ball of sand that Itachi's body is in down into the room as well. Once I hear the door click shut, I wait a few more seconds to ensure that he's as far away as possible.
"Okay you bastard, let's get this started." I say as I get into my demon form while imagining the black of death being overtaken by my darkness inside of Kabuto, which will allow me to control his body completely if he gets defiant. Disturbing gushing sounds surround me as the pieces of Kabuto's body click back into place and reform new skin.
After about two hours of me putting Kabuto back together, I felt the energy stop being sucked from me. This time wasn't as bad because I had actual pieces to work with instead of just skin cells on a piece of a broken necklace. I breathe deeply and lean up against the wall once I see that Kabuto is in one naked piece.
"Dei! Let's go! I have one more to do today!"
