Joining The War

"Hm. It's a lot worse than it was a few days ago." Dei states the obvious. I roll my eyes at him as I look at what used to be Konoha. The air reeks of iron and burning flesh. There are no buildings that I can see over the gate, and the air was now completely gray with smoke making it highly difficult to breathe.

"Let's go. And don't talk. I need to explain to Lady Hokage why I'm bringing a bunch of criminals into her, well, what used to be her village." I tell him as I begin to take off into the village with him following right behind me. I quickly make my way over to where everyone was fighting. Everyone who wasn't dead, or is as good as dead that is.

The further we run through the dirt covered ground, the more blood we see. It must mean we're getting closer to the attackers. The Uchihas. I stop and quickly glance around in search of anyone I knew personally. When I spotted a head full of spikey blond hair, I immediately bolted toward it with Dei still behind me. This is about to get a lot more interesting.

"Naruto!" I yell out to him, but he's distracted by something or someone that I couldn't see from where we were standing.

"Naruto!" I yell again as I get closer to him. He spins around and a smile quickly makes its way onto his face, but dissappears as soon as he sees Deidara.

"What the hell is he doing here?!? Oh, and do I have a bone to pick with you! You killed Sasuke, really?!?" Naruto yells, walking toward Deidara and I. I instinctively take a step toward Dei to protect him from any oncoming danger.

"Naruto, now is not the time. He came to help you all. As well as a few others I brought." I say as I hold an arm out in front of Dei.

"Oh yeah! Well where are they?" Naruto asks with his hands on his hips.

"That's not important. Where's Lady Tsunade?" I deadpan. Naruto glares momentarily before looking around.

"She's further up. Be careful!" Naruto yells as he points in a certain direction. I nod at him and take off toward the direction he pointed.

"Lady Tsunade! I brought help." I yell as I approach the blonde haired woman. She turns around with a look of relief on her face, but it immediately hardens. I'm just glad that Dei actually listened to me and hasn't spoken at all.

"Oh hell no! Get him out, now!" Tsunade yells, pointing back away from the village.

"With all do respect Lady Tsunade, you don't really have any other options. And if you think Deidara is bad, I'm excited to show you the rest." I smirk at her. One of Tsunade's blonde eyebrows raise in slight confusion.

"The rest? The rest of what?" She asks curiously, averting her gaze back to the explosions that were occurring every now and then.

"The rest of the help I brought." I explained as my smirk grows. I pull the balls of sand to the front of me and open it up allowing everyone around me to see its contents.

"Sasuke!" Sakura and Naruto yell as they see his unmoving body.

"You're out of your fucking mind! They won't ever help us! Orochimaru and Kabuto, really?!?" Lady Tsunade yells as her fists ball up, absolute rage filling her eyes.

"On the contrary." I say as I smirk again and activate my Dāku.

"Rise." I say simply. All four of the bodies begin to float into the air, glowing a bright blue color before slowly settling back onto the ground. When the blinding blue light ceases, all of the reincarnated men stand before their old village mates, with their now blue eyes shining.

"What did- how-" Naruto begins, stopping to stare in awe at Itachi and Sasuke.

"Might as well tell everyone the truth. My name is Haleigh Dāku. I am from the Dāku clan, and posses a demon inside of me and a rare kekki genkai that allows me to do several things, including bringing souls back to the land of the living. When I first came here I had two goals. One was to kill the man that killed my adoptive family, the reason I don't talk, and the other being to find Deidara. I've completed one, and am hoping to finish the other today." I explain. Everyone's eyes were wide except Kakashi and Deidara's. Naruto, Sakura, Lee, Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari stared at me wide eyed.

"How come Orochimaru and Kabuto aren't attacking us?" Naruto asks after snapping out of his daze.

"Because they aren't Orochimaru and Kabuto. I haven't released them from my jutsu, and even if I do, I can control them at any given time." I reply. They nod in understanding.

"Why is he here? He killed me." Gaara asked. I roll my eyes at having to explain this another time.

"He's here to help so get over your fucking differences." I say as I glare at all of the other ninja eyeing Dei.

"Well don't just stand there, we have some ass to kick." Lady Tsunade says. I follow her up to the field where the leaders of the opposing side were. I take a look at them and a mixture of fear, hatred, and blood lust fills within me.
