I jolted awake. I had been doing this every night for the past week, since Tyler showed up. I've been having nightmares about the group breaking up and leaving me.
I got out of bed and picked up my phone, calling Ileyah. It was 6 in the morning. She was sure to be up.
"Hello?" She asked, her voice full of life.
"Hey Ile, it's Libby," I mumbled.
"What are you doing up hon?" She asked. Since we were kids were like mothers for each other, always taking care of each other. Well.....since high school, though, that started to fade.
"I had another nightmare," I mumbled.
"You need to tell the guys," She said.
"I know," I sighed. "I just don't know how."
"Want me to come over?" She asked, and I could hear a curling iron being plugged into an outlet.
"No, I can do it." I said. "No help needed right now."
"Alright Libs," She said. "Talk to you soon."
"Bye," I hung up the phone and took a shower. The warm water washed the sweat and dirt from my body. I changed cothes and made breakfast for everyone.
Everyone was chatting as they ate. I sat on the couch, not hungry. These nightmares were ruining my appetite and sleeping pattern. I hated it so much.
"You alright babe?" Ty said as he came over and sat next to me, putting his hand on my shoulder.
"I'm fine," I forced a smile, but he could tell it was fake.
Softly, he kissed my lips. I locked my arms around his neck and pulled his head a bit closer to mine. His hands moved to my waist and he pulled me up onto his lap.
I pulled back and placed my forehead against his. "I love you,"
"I love you, too, beautiful." He said. I smiled and buried my face into his chest. He was so warm and smelled good, too.
"If you EVER need help with anything Libby, you know I've got you." Ty said in a soft tone.
"So you'll catch me when I fall so hard and fast for your attractive face and amazing personality?" I whispered. Realizing it now, Ty was ALWAYS the one I loved, since the day he kissed me Jesse's kitchen when Jason saved me from Dylan.
"I think I'm the one who has fallen hard and fast for you." Ty replied. "So.....Can you catch me?"
"Only if you can catch me in return." I said. Even though we had been dating for a while now, I think with all the problems going on, we've only just now found the time to fall for each other.
