Chapter 5:A new bank robbery

Charas POV:

I woke up with Frisk next to me. She was sleeping softly. I sat up, and booped her nose. She squeezed her eyes shut. I laughed a little to myself. Well, I guess that I tell you a little about the groups at base. We have the skelebros, which are Gaster, Sans, and Papyrus. Then we have the dog team one including Toby, Lesser dog, and Greater Dog. Then there is dog team two including Doggo, Dogaressa, and Dogamy. There is now a team with Undyne, Alphys, and Mettaton called team Hotland. Even all the Amalgamates formed a team called Amalgam. Guard 01 and 02 made a team. And then I realized something right then and there. "Oh my god, almost all the teams have a couple, like us..." I thought as I stared at Frisk with calmed eyes. I kissed Frisk on the forehead, and I got out of my room. I looked in Frisk's room to see Rodri in her bed. I guess it all worked out, Frisk and I being roommates, and Rodri taking Frisk's place in her room. I walked out and to the kitchen to see Asriel awake. I waved, which he responded by waving back.
     " So what are we gonna do with Rodri?" I asked.
     " I was thinking of adding her to the team," Asriel said happily. I snickered. " Why? Do you like her Azzy?" Asriel blushed." N-No! It's not like that!" He shouted. We both heard rustling in Frisk's and Chara's rooms. The doors creaked open to see Rodri and Frisk with funny bedheads. Rodri looked at Frisk and smiled. " You must have enjoyed last night," She snickered. Frisk and I blushed. Asriel laughed a little too. "Cmon Rodri get your head out if the gutter!" He said in between giggles. I felt something drip from my nose. I put my hand to it, and looked at it. Blood. I had a nosebleed. Everyone looked at me. I rushed to the bathroom.

3rd person:
 
     Everyone just watched Chara as she headed to the bathroom. Rodri giggled.
     " Guess she couldn't handle the conversation," Rodri and Asriel laughed. Then Asriel clapped his hands together and decided to announce something.
     " Okay Rodri we've decided to add you to the team to do heists with us, you in?" He asked.

Rodri's POV:

     Oh my god. Asriel just asked me of I wanted to be in the Dreemurrs. I had a shocked look on my face. Of course I wanted to join them, I was just worried that I was gonna be a burden or something.

3rd person:

     Rodri spoke.
     "Of course I would but, I'm afraid I'd just weigh you down and-" She was interrupted by Asriel hugging her. Rodri looked shocked. Asriel spoke up after a minute.
     "Don't say that about yourself, it doesn't feel right," He said with tears in his eyes. Rodri hugged back. Then, Chara came back in the room with tissues stuffed into her nostrils. She saw Asriel and Rodri hugging each other. She stood next to Frisk.
     "What'd I miss Frisky whisky?" Chara asked as she stared at the two.
     "Soooo much Chara, soooooo much." Frisk responded staring at them too. Chara joined in and they stared at them for a minute or two. Then Asriel and Rodri stopped hugging and and blushed as they saw Frisk and Chara staring.
     " Well let's get you some 'Dreemurr attire'!" Asriel said and walked out of the room. He came back with a suit and tie, with tuxedo pants, gloves, and boots.
     " How's this?" Asriel asked Rodri. She nodded.
     " looks great!" She said positively.
     " Well then go try it on, afterwards we'll get you some ammunition," said Asriel. After Rodri tried on her clothes,  they went to meet up with Sans. Luckily, he didn't recognize her.
     " Got a new recruit I see heh," He said looking at Rodri. "Ok kids, I need you to do a bank robbery," Sans continued on about a different bank then in the first chapter. They thanked Sans and headed back to their dorm. Rodri was confused on the whole heist thing.
     "So... Now what?" She asked.
     "Now, we wait," Asriel answered.
     Frisk and Chara were watching the conversation while holding hands. They both blushed and looked away from one another while smiling. They waited until 11 pm, then got in the car. Rodri yawned.
     "Man, being a mass criminal is tiring," She said drowsilly. They made it to the bank without being detected by the police, which was new.
     "Ok, now it's time to sneak through the vents," Asriel said, "they have vent systems leading to the vault," He said. He got out a crowbar, and started to pry at the vent door. Eventually, the door popped open, and the four snuck inside. They opened the vent door, and jumped inside. Rodri slipped and fell. An alarm system went off, red lights flashing everywhere. While they were doing so, Frisk picked the lock, and they went in, Rodri forgot they didn't have a gun, and then the cops came. One tackled Rodri over and held a gun to her forehead.
     "Alright girl! Surrender now! Or I'll blow your brains out!" The police officer laughed maniacally as he threatened Rodri. Rodri began to cry as she saw she was gonna die. Then the weight was thrown off her as Chara kicked them off. She held out a hand to Rodri, which she took. Chara pulled her up with one arm. She nodded to Rodri and ran to the vault. Asriel was stuffing money the entire time. Soon the vault was near empty. They decided that was enough and headed off.
     "Whew! I almost died!" Rodri said shocked. Chara snickered.
     " Well you would have been if I hadn't saved your butt," said Chara. Rodri blushed.
     "Yeah, thanks for that..." Rodri smiled and looked away with hunched shoulders. Frisk suspiciously looked at Rodri. Rodri gave the same look back. Asriel looked at the two and shrugged. Suddenly they heard a gunshot. Then something terrible happened.
     Chara fell down with a shocked face. She was holding her side, blood seeping from it. Frisk gasped and fell onto her knees, her eyes teared up as Chara coughed up blood. Chara managed to sputter out a sentence before Passing out.
     "Frisk...I-I...I'm sorry... I...I couldn't p-protect you..." Chara said, putting a bloody hand on Frisk's cheek. Then her hand fell down leaving a bloody mark on Frisk's face. Chara's hand dropped like a limp noodle. A few tears went down Frisk's face, as she held Chara's unconscious body, Asriel and Rodri cried too. Then Frisk spoke up after a few more gunshots that missed them.
     "Asriel take the car back to base," She said as she got into the car, with her overcoat around Chara's wound. They all got in and sped back to base, they went straight to nurse Alphys. Alphys was reading on her computer when they came in. She looked up.
     "Oh hey Dreemurrs what's u-" She saw Chara in Frisk's arms, with tears streaming down her face.
     "O-Oh dear... Set her down on the table." Frisk did so and watched as Alphys took the overcoat off and lifted up Chara's tuxedo shirt to get a closer examination of the wound. She had a confident look on her face. She turned to look at Frisk. 

     " Its OK Frisk, it isn't a major injury, didn't pierce any vital organs, missed all major veins and arteries, I'd say this is a lucky case, all I have to do is take out the bullet and fix it up before she bleeds to death," Alphys examined.  " Oh, and you might wanna leave Chara here tonight, so I can fix her wounds," Alphys said. She went over to get the materials for the treatment, she also went to get gloves and a mask. Frisk turned to Chara, who was sleeping soundly, despite the fact that she was bleeding. And gave her a gentle hug before returning to her dorm. She slept in Chara's bed, and had a nightmare, but ignored it since there was no Chara. Her nightmare was about Chara, she dreamt that Chara died today. It scared her. She went to sleep and decided to not let it bother her.
