~Catching up to you~ [RoWen Fanfic]

Prologue 1

Third Person POV:

"Wendy nee-chan!" Romeo came running up to her. He playfully pushed her from behind.

"Kyaaaa!!!" Wendy flinched. She turned around. "Romeo-kuuuuun!!!" She pouted.

Romeo burst out laughing. "You're so funny Wendy nee-chan!" He hugged her from behind.

"Just don't scare me like that!!" She whined.

"Let's take a job!" Romeo said, ignoring her. With his tiny one, he took Wendy's bigger hand and dashed to the request board.

"Are you sure? You might be to small for a job and it's dangerous!" Wendy said, concerned.

"Don't say that! I'm not small!" Romeo pouted.

Wendy giggled. "You're just  sooooo cute, Romeo-kun!" She stretched his cheeks.

"Stop it!" He squirmed. "Guys don't like it when girls call them cute." He shook her hands off.

"You're just a little kid though," Wendy chuckled.

"Hmmmph! I'm not just a little kid. Just look who's talking!" Romeo whined.

"I'm sorry, Romeo-kun." Wendy gave him a hug.

"I wanna ride on your back then!" Romeo smiled excitedly.

"Okaaaaay, fine!" Wendy said as Romeo went onto her back. "You better hold on tight then, or you'll get hurt!"

"Wendy nee-chan....." Romeo said with a serious voice.

"Um..... Yes Romeo-kun?" Wendy replied hesitantly.

"You....."

"Hmmm?" Wendy asked nervously.

"You act just like a mom!" Romeo said bluntly.

"Ehhhhhh??!!" Wendy exclaimed, falling flat on her stomach.

"Awwwww, how clumsy of you, Wendy nee-chan!" Romeo laughed as he lay on top of her. He gently patted her head.

"You meanie, Romeo-kun!!!!!" Wendy pouted.

"Wendy nee-chan!" Romeo said playfully.

"Yes Romeo-kun?" Wendy replied.

"I love you!" He said happily.

Wendy looked back, surprised. Then she smiled. "I love you too."

A/N: Yay! I'm doing another RoWen story!
....yet I'm doing it while my other RoWen story isn't even close to being finished! Is it weird that I'm writing two RoWen fanfics at the same time? :P
