Third Person POV:
Members of the guild were chosen for the S-Class trial. Wendy was chosen as a partner for Juvia. (A/N: I didn't want to put Mest in this story during the seven year gap, sorry! XD)
"Wendy nee-chan! You're going to Tenrou Island for the S-Class trials?" Romeo asked a bit sadly.
"Yup. It'll only be for a few weeks though!" She said happily.
"Wendy nee-chan, can I come too?" Romeo tugged onto her sleeve.
"I'm sorry, but you can't come Romeo-kun." Wendy replied sadly.
"But then I'll miss you!" Romeo held her sleeve tighter.
"It's fine, Romeo-kun. It won't be too long." Wendy smiled warmly.
"Okay, promise you'll come back?" Romeo held out his pinky.
Wendy giggled. "Of course I'll come back!" She intertwined her pinky with his.
"It's almost time to go!" Master Makarov called.
"I need to leave now. Bye Romeo-kun!" She quickly hugged him. When she was about to leave, Romeo quickly tugged her shirt.
"I love you." Romeo said.
Wendy turned around and smiled. "I know!" Then she waved, leaving.
