"We take a drink to the guilty and the hollow."

Carrie and Colby stayed onstage for the next few hours, waiting for the rest of the bands to arrive.

It had been a week since they'd last talked, so they were making up for lost time. Carrie still seemed a little sad, but now that she had one of her friends back in her life, she felt a little better.

Colby tried his best to cheer her up, avoiding subjects that might cause Sam to be brought up. She didn't mention it, but he could tell she was grateful.

"So..." Colby trailed off, racking his brain for something to talk about that they hadn't already discussed. The rest of her band would be arriving in a few minutes, so he didn't need to bring up anything too deep or thought-provoking. "How'd you get into wrestling?"

She grinned. "Okay, it's really dumb."

"It can't be that dumb," He replied, matching her smile.

"I haven't been watching wrestling long – only five years, I think," She replied. "We weren't even a band yet. I was on Twitter, and one of the bands I look up to is My Chemical Romance. They're my idols. I was looking through their Twitter, and it mentioned that one of their songs was the theme for a PPV – TLC 2010. I had no idea what TLC even meant, but if I got to listen to this band, I was going to buy a pay-per-view." She laughed. "They didn't even perform, and for some reason, I thought they were. They just played it a couple of times, but I ended up really liking the pay-per-view, so I tuned in to Raw the next night."

Before Colby could respond, a door backstage opened, and Violet could be heard yelling, "Carrie! Where are you?"

Carrie rolled her eyes and laughed, standing up. After helping Colby up, she headed backstage, where the rest of her band, along with Jeremy and Kevin, were.

"I'm right here," She said. After scanning the room, she asked, "Where's everyone else? Us girls are here, but we're missing half of a band, and a whole other band is missing, too." Kevin just smirked, and she sighed. "They're at Disney World, aren't they?"

"They're on their way back from Disney World," Jeremy corrected.

"We're going to be in Orlando tomorrow," Carrie said. "Why couldn't they wait until then?"

"That's what we asked," Lindsay said.

"Hey, we didn't go," Kevin protested. "Get mad at them when they get here. We're waiting for tomorrow to go."

Carrie grinned and spun around to look at Colby, who had been watching everything unfold from a few feet away.

"You have to come to Disney World with us!" She exclaimed.

"He's on crutches," Jessica reminded her. "He probably doesn't want to walk around all day."

"Disney World is fun," Colby spoke up. "I'll come."

Carrie's eyes widened. "You've been?"

"Have you not?" He asked. "You're from Florida."

"No," She replied. "My parents wouldn't take me."

"I'll make sure you have the time of your life," He told her.

"Hey," Violet spoke up. "We need Carrie for... sound check."

"We haven't even set up, yet," Carrie said, glancing at the empty stage.

"That's right," The drummer said, nodding. "I meant... We need Carrie to help us set up. So can do sound check."

"Okay..." Carrie said, confused. She looked back at Colby. "You can just hang around until the show starts, if you want."

Everyone began walking away, but Violet stayed behind. Colby had planned on getting off the stage, so he wouldn't be in the way, but it looked like she wanted to talk to him. Once everyone had left, Violet approached him.

"We need to talk."

"Okay," He said. "About what?"

"Carrie."

"What about Carrie?" He asked.

"Why are you here?" She asked, tilting her head.

"Carrie called me," He replied. "She said she needed someone to talk to, and when I got here, she told me that her boyfriend had broken up with her."

Violet's eyes widened in surprise, but she recovered. "And why do you think that is?"

"She said it wasn't because of me," Colby said. "I promise. She said she was going to tell him, but he broke up with her before she could."

"They've been dating for two years," She pointed out. "Why in the world would he just break up with her out of nowhere?"

"I don't think I should be talking to you about Carrie's breakup," He replied, frowning. "If you want to know, talk to her yourself."

She was about to speak again, but the door opened and they could hear laughter. Violet turned around and saw Savannah laughing, and Carrie grinning. Kevin rolled his eyes, but he had a small smile on his face as well.

"Come with me," She said, and Colby could do nothing but follow her.

Violet led him to what he assumed was the green room. She shut the door, and looked at him.

"Carrie hasn't been herself for a week," She told him, frowning. "And it's all your fault. Until now, she hasn't smiled once."

"I know." He sighed. "I'm sorry, okay? I already apologized to her, and she's fine. I made a mistake, I didn't know what to do, and I panicked. I came back, didn't I? I made things right."

"You said Carrie called you?" He nodded. "If she hadn't of called you, would you still have shown up? Would you still have talked to her?" His brief hesitation made her cross her arms. "That's what I thought."

Violet turned around and left.

Colby waited a minute, then walked out of the room. Violet was already talking to Jessica and Lindsay, who were both glaring at him. He sighed, but when he saw Carrie swinging the microphone's cord around, trying to hit Savannah, he smiled.

Once she spotted him, he stopped swinging and waved him over. Savannah looked behind her, and smiled at Colby as he approached them.
