No One's POV
It was almost time for the second set.
"Y'know guys, Gohan should be the captain next semester." Nami said.
"You're right. She's the only one that could manage to control you idiots." Sachiko said.
"What's that supposed to mean??" Kumiko asked, pouting.
"I'm kidding, i'm kidding." Sachiko said.
"We'll recruit members too!" Hinami yelled.
"There's already too many of us and plus, only one member disappeared. It's not like it's that big of a deal." Conan said.
"I heard that!" Sachiko yelled.
"W-Why am i the captain?" Gohan asked.
"You're innocent and a pretty good position for being the captain. Not to mention you can use the gym whenever you want." Serina said. Gohan was silent for a second and blushed.
"I don't care about that!" Gohan yelled.
'She thought about it.' Saki thought.
'Just for a second.' Kirie thought.
"A-Anyway! The second set is starting so let's go!" Gohan yelled.
'She dodged it.' Serina thought.
'She panicked and changed the subject.' Conan thought. (A/N: Lmao, I got this from K-ON!! It was a pretty funny situation!)
Both teams switched sides but when running to the other side, Serina saw a familiar red head.
"R-Ruby Kurosawa..." Serina mumbled.
"Serina-neechan!!" Ruby yelled, waving. Serina just slowly waved back. Front line (Ookami side): Eve, Gin, Nora. Back line (Ookami side): Miyamura, Tamako, Ritsu. Front line (Inuyama side): Serina, Kumiko, Conan. Back line (Inuyama side): Sachiko, Kyou, Gohan.
"Gin-San, nice serve!" Tamako yelled. Gin did a jump serve and it was saved by Kyou.
"Gohan-senpai! Cover!" Kyou yelled. Gohan nodded and bumped the ball upwards Kumiko. Conan, Serina, and Sachiko started running towards the ball.
'Synchronized attack?' Miyamura thought. Sachiko jumped but the blockers didn't got fooled as well with Conan. Serina jumped high because the ball was high up too. Eve, Gin, and Nora jumped high too.
'Too late.' Serina thought and hit the ball hard. Everyone was shocked that Miyamura almost saved it. Inuyama scored first in the second set.
"Eve!" Miyamura yelled. Eve nodded and tossed the ball on her right, where Nora was. Nora jumped and hit the ball but it was saved by Gohan. It was too short.
"Kyou!!!" Gohan yelled. Kyou managed to save the ball, it was short again, Serina was about to save it until Kyou dived again. Serina's head hits Kyou's shoulder (kinda similar to what happened with Daichi and Tanaka when they were in a match with Wakunan). Serina stopped moving after that, she was on the ground.
"S-Serina-San...?" Kyou asked, sitting up.
"Is she okay??" Eve asked.
"We're not sure." Sachiko said and shooked Serina's shoulders.
"She's not conscious.." Nora said. Serina slowly sat up and got an intense headache.
"Kotobuki!" Hirazu yelled.
"Serina!" Saki and Jii yelled.
'What the...' Serina thought.
"Serina, do you recognize me?" Hirazu asked.
"Coach... Hirazu?" Serina asked.
"Yes. Where are we? Do you remember?" Hirazu asked.
"S-Sendai City Gymnasium... Miyagi..." Serina weakly said.
"Who are we fighting?" Saki asked.
"Miyagi's female volleyball team... Ookami... I-I'm okay!" Serina yelled.
"No you're not! You hit your head!" Kyou yelled. Serina's cheek and forehead were bruised.
"Serina, you're bleeding." Jii said, looking at Serina's lips. Serina's bottom lip were bleeding.
'She cut it during the hit?' Conan thought.
"I'm okay! I swear!" Serina yelled. Saki handed her tissues. Serina wiped the blood away but she was dragged out of the court by Eli.
"E-Eli! I'm in a middle of a match!" Serina yelled. Eli furrowed her eyebrows and pushed Serina's lips into hers. A few seconds later, Eli leaned back and licked the blood that got in her lips.
"Don't force yourself. I don't want to see you get hurt." Eli said. Serina blushed and slowly nodded.
"Fine... I'll rest." Serina said. Eli smiled a little and leaded Serina into a small clinic before placing a bandage on Serina's cheek and around her head.
"Your lip is fine now." Eli said.
"Eh? Kiss me more so it can even more better!" Serina yelled. Eli just giggled and kissed Serina again. Serina also giggled and kissed back. They didn't knew someone was watching them. The stranger walked away after that.
