"Where are you going?" Cloe's mother asked her as she was climbing out of bed in a hast. " Orphanage." Cloe had said in a weak voice. "No, you can't love...you must recover first." She answered her calmly. "Mother i have to go, i saw something, something horrible." Cloe told her mother in a panic. " it was all just in you're imagination doll, you hit you're head pretty hard and past out. You're eye sight must have been blurry." Her mother quickly said as if she knew what Cloe had seen. "Now get some rest. I'll be in the family room." Her mother said as she started walking her way to the door.
"It had long dog-like fangs. Was known as the soul-takers. Dark blue lips, they were the sweet words he had said before you are gone, to luer you into his comand. Immortal body features, you don't know wheter it was a dog nor a human. Pale with skin, it's touch was cold, cold enough to cause haertattacks, long, skinny and flexable so that it can fit into small cramped spaces to get closer to you, and without you seeing cause you're death. Unknown causes." Cloe's mother read softly to herself while she ripped out the old page of the ancient book. "Cloe, can not find out." She said and placed the book saflty under the molted floorboards again.
Days passed as Cloe had gotten better and it seems that she had bad dreams. Scream in her sleep every night, wake up terrified sometimes in tears. It was working on her mothers nerves and one night as Cloe had screamed and stopped ,her mother stormed into her room where she had found the cold blooded creature standing over Cloe's lifeless body.
"No!" Her mother had yelled and caught its attention. "Leave my daughter alone, Zobie-wereion! " In a minute the creature , dog-like stood infront of her, slabbering all over her night dress. "Take me instead! My daughter did nothing to you! She can't cure you're immortality! Leave her alone! She is not the chosen one! You heard wrong by you're elders! I am! " Cloe's mother said to loud, to fast.
The next day Cloe had awaken from her sleep to have found her mothers cold, lifeless body next to her own.
