Chapter 22. My First Kiss

"Are you sure?" Greyson asked, again.

"Yeah" Monique looked up at Greyson.

They were just like that, staring at each others eyes for only-God-knows-how-long. Is this a staring contest? mind if i join? Tss, Greyson is such a flirt!

Awkward.

1 minute passed..

2 minutes

4...

Finally, Monique looked away. I just rolled my eyes. Greyson took a glance on me, i raised my eyebrows. He just shook his head saying "nothing".

"Err, sorry Greyson, we better get going. I-i still h-have to do s-something." Monique uttered then she pulled me without even saying goodbye to Greyson.

"W-wait! u-uh, g-good bye Greyson!" I waved at Greyson, he waved back.

We're far away from Greyson now and i think we're not heading home. We're going to the park? i guess?

Now we're here sitting on a bench while watching the kids playing, watching the dogs learn new tricks and many more. I felt the cold breeze touch my bare skin. I hugged myself.

"I think you're going to do something?'' i started.

"That was nothing, okay? don't even think about what just happened." Monique answered in a different topic.

"O-owh, okay" are the words that i can only say.

"Thank you" She whispered.

I nodded.

"Let's go?" she asked.

I nodded in reply, we're now heading home.

"We're back!" i shouted.

"Hey guys! we're here!" i screamed again.

"Do you have to announce it?" a familiar voice echoed, it's Lizzie.

I laughed. "Sorry!"

I went upstairs, and so did Monique.

"Where are you two going?" Lizzie asked from downstairs.

"Do we have to announce it?" i said, sarcastically.

I could hear Lizzie mumbled something under her breath.

"What did you say?" i curiously asked.

"Nothing!" She faked smile.

I headed to my room and saw this cute dog. Alexander! i miss this dog so much! Oh! Monique? err, in her room, as usual. Never mind. I miss this dog

"Alex!" i shouted at the top of my lungs.

Alex barked. I kneeled down in front of him and he licked my face, awe, it tickles me.

I started to laugh hysterically, i am now ROTFL.

"E-e-enou-ugh A-a-le-lex!" he stopped. Then he sat, with that cute puppy eyes.

"I know what you want." i said not even thinking about any other options, Alex wants to go outside and to learn new tricks. As always, i'll let him.

I dressed him up. When we went downstairs, i headed to the kitchen and grab a lollipop on the counter. We went outside and i put Alex down and put a leash around his neck.

We're now heading at the park but then a yellow butterfly came across us. Alex got curious so he ran catching the butterfly with his mouth and me, i ran so fast because Alex was pulling me. He's so strong!
