What a mess. Somehow, some way, she was able to screw with the plans of the Voltox. Now, without a surefire way to take out Jordan's self-confidence, she would have to start back at square one, but not entirely. The Fryes knew that something was screwing with them, they just didn't know exactly what. The Voltox was safe, but not for long. She would have to devise a plan quickly, before they could prepare for the next assault. However, the Voltox had access to every memory that Allie could remember, and Allie had some dark interests that gave the Voltox a few tricks up her sleeve. The first thing that VenturianTale were uncomfortable with was sex, but the second that made them uncomfortable was extreme violence, and Allie had not just seen, but played a famous game with extreme violence: Mortal Kombat X.
This was how the Voltox would really start the war. This was how she would awaken the nightmares within.
And VenturianTale would never know until they were told that they were in the bloodiest video game of all time.
. . . . . . . .
Even though everything was back to normal, something felt, off. There was absolutely no explanation for how Jordan got turned into a girl in his sleep, and then had a dream that turned him back. He couldn't stop thinking about it, even when recording videos. Thankfully, no one wanted to bring it up. Two days had passed since the incident, but for some reason, Jordan still hadn't gotten readjusted to being in his own body again. He felt okay for the most part, but he found himself wearing sweatpants more than jeans, and when he did wear jeans, he had them sitting lower on his waist. Everyone had noticed Jordan's odd behavior, as though not all of the estrogen was gone from his body. Jordan did his best to act normal, but couldn't help but be insecure with himself. Who knew what caused Jordan to switch genders in a flash and then back? Everyone was trying to comfort him at once, and Jordan had gotten tired of it, so he would occasionally retreat to the basement and play Pokémon or Smash Bros. Jordan needed time to recuperate, and wasn't sure if a therapist would even believe him. He had been struck with crippling depression, and lived life scared of the possibility of something like this happening again.
But it wasn't too long before the clock struck midnight, and another strike was made.
