As Jordan and the party walked off, he was thinking; why was Jacksepticeye here? Did he notice them? Was he really so confident in himself to face a much larger and stronger opponent than him?

"What's up with you, Jordan?" Cierra asked.

Jordan pulled her and Isaac to the side.

"Didn't you recognize who Quan Chi was fighting?" Jordan asked them.

"Not really," Isaac answered honestly.

"Are you kidding me right now?" Jordan whisper-shouted in disbelief. "Neon green hair is unmistakable!"

"Wait," Cierra realized. "You're right! How could we miss that?"

"Oh my gosh," Isaac groaned, practically punching himself in the face for not realizing that Quan Chi's opponent was Jacksepticeye sooner.

"Thing is, why is he here, too?" Jordan pondered.

"There are a lot of strange things going on right now," Cierra noted. "And far too unlikely for our minds to all be playing the same trick on us at the same time."

"What are you three blabbing on about?" Cassie called back to them.

"We know the guy that we saw fighting Quan Chi, but he doesn't know us," Isaac explained.

"So, he's famous where you come from?" Johnny asked.

"Well," Jordan stammered. "Kind of."

"What do you mean, 'kind of'?" Johnny pressed. "You're either famous or you're not!"

"Not necessarily where we come from," Cierra explained. "You can be famous in two different ways where we come from; by the general public or by the internet. People famous by the internet became famous from being found and liked for themselves, normally not from playing roles, and never from TV.

"For example," Cierra continued. "The guy we saw fighting Quan Chi got famous for recording himself playing video games and uploading the videos to the internet. People like him for his personality, but his voice helps accentuate that."

Suddenly, they heard screaming from where the fighting was, and then portals opening up. Jordan winced as he realized that Jack was about to be torn apart and killed. Was this actually happening? He knew they should be looking for Bethany, but he ran back to see what was going on. Unfortunately, when he got there, all that he saw was Jack's body in two halves in the swamp water, Quan Chi nowhere to be found. Horrified, Jordan ran back to the group.

"What did you see?" Isaac asked him, concerned that Jordan looked like he was about to lose his appetite.

"He's dead," Jordan breathed, shocked. "I think he got ahead of himself."

"What does this mean?" Cierra gasped. "He's loved by so many people, and what's going to happen when his friends find out?"

"I have no idea," Jordan fretted.

.....

Walking, more walking, yet more walking. As soon as it seemed that they were getting nowhere, they approached a more civilized area. There were groups of people scattered all over the place, and Jordan hadn't seen so many people at once in this world yet. The six searchers wandered for a bit before they came to a marketplace. There was a large crowd of people watching something and chanting. Curious, the crew pushed through to see what was going on.

There was another fight, but this time, Jordan recognized one of the fighters immediately.

"Bethany!" he shouted.

Bethany turned to look at him, surprised that they were even here. She had gotten ahold of a crowbar, typical, and was using that to defend herself against the large, muscular cyborg of a man that had challenged her.

"Hold on a minute," Johnny Cage remarked. "She looks way to delicate to be fighting Kano!"

"How do you all know each other?" Isaac shot back.

Bethany was preparing to fight, not letting her siblings distract her from the task at hand. Kano threw the first punch, but she skillfully blocked it with the crowbar, slightly bending it in the process.

"Guess I'm not doing that anymore," she said under her breath. She ducked under the next punch and landed her own to his crotch. Kano was stunned her just long enough her her to whack him over the head with her crowbar before he recovered and struck back, hitting her in the stomach. Bethany was one who was stunned now, as Kano threw her to the ground. Bethany slowly and painfully stumbled to her feet, having not been used to this kind of fighting.

Kano began to walk away, but drew a rather large knife from a holster on his back, flipped it so he was holding the end of the blade, and hurled it at Bethany.

"No!" Jordan drew the sword he'd brought with him and ran out in front of the knife, knocking it out of the air with the sword.

"Not on my watch," he shot at Kano.

"Jordan, it's not safe for you to fight right now!" Sonya urged him.

"Nah," Kano sneered."Let the prince save his damsel in distress!"

"How dare you!" Jordan yelled, charging at Kano with the sword. Kano dodged the first swing, but not the second. Only three seconds had passed before the crowd was gasping in awe. Jordan's sword was through Kano, before he could even think of an insult. Jordan sliced outward with the sword, causing Kano to bleed everywhere, but Jordan had turned around and completed the cut, inspired by what horror he saw in the form of Jacksepticeye's dead body.

Kano's body fell apart, and scarlet blood poured out of it. Jordan hadn't even batted an eye.

"Holy shit," was all Johnny Cage could say.
