"You left me."
The voice was cold, and unforgiving. It shot through (Name)'s mind like ice, causing him pain.
"Kian?" (Name) asked, but no response followed.
"You killed me." the voice echoed. "And my death meant nothing to you."
"No... That's not..." (Name) tried to say, but fell into silence.

"Yang!" Ruby shouted, punching her sister in the shoulder. "That's a horrible idea!!"
"I thought it was pretty good." Blake said, smiling.
"W-well I'm against it!" Weiss shouted, blushing and turning her head to look away from the other girls. Her silver eyes looked like they were conflicted, with something heavy on her mind. Blake, Yang, and Ruby all stood around two small beds in the clinic. Weiss sat in one, with bandages around her head, while Ash laid unconscious in the other, bandaged so much he almost looked like a mummy Halloween costume. At the time, he only wore cloth pants, and the rest of his body was exposed. Which, as Yang had more than happily made clear on several occasions, made him look 'hot as f*ck' in her words.
The girls all glanced at Ash's face again, and took a few moments to observe it. His eyes were shut peacefully, and his mouth slightly parted, taking in air quietly, and letting it all out again.
"D*mn..." Yang commented after some time. "His face is cute when he sleeps too... Right Ruby?" she finished, nudging her sister.
A small blush painted itself across Ruby's face. "Why are you asking me?" she questioned, avoiding eye contact with her sister.
Yang shrugged, smiling. "Aw, after watching my little sister so caringly treat all of Ash's wounds, and then sit by his bed for several hours, there's no way I won't ship that." she finished, patting her sister on the head.
"YOU WERE WATCHING THAT??!!!!!" Ruby shouted, embarrassed. She waved her arms angrily at her sister, though her sister easily kept her back by holding Ruby's forehead a distance away.
"Moving on..." Yang said, changing the subject. "How do we get Ash to take this pill?" she asked, holding up a large sleeping pill. "Because I still stand by my earlier plan." Yang added, smirking. Ruby blushed again, and punched Yang in the shoulder.
"Yang! I'm not kissing him!!" Ruby shouted, her eyes watering.
"Why not??" Yang slyly asked. "It'd distract him long enough to get him to swallow it. Just pop it in your mouth, and go at it with him!!" Yang finished, giving Ruby a thumbs up and winking.
"NO!!" Ruby shouted, rejecting the idea.
"You know you want to." Yang teased, faintly smiling.
"Yeah but..." Ruby pouted, and then blushed again, realizing what she'd said. "I m-mean.... NO!" she repeated, pulling up her red hood to cover her face.
"Well somebody has to get him to swallow it, otherwise he won't sleep." Blake interjected, leaning against a wall in the room. "And according to what Ozpin said, he really hates pills." she added. The group thought in silence, while watching Ash's unconscious form on the small bed.
"I-I'll do it." Weiss spoke up, blushing‍‍‍.
Yang smiled, leaning forward to look at Weiss as she spoke. "Ice-Queen has a little crush, does she?" Yang snickered, making Weiss' blush deepen.
"No!" Weiss shouted. "I'm just concerned for a friend is all..."
"Oh, sure..." Yang conceded, clearly not believing her.
Ash moved, and he grimaced, as if in pain.
"Weiss, get back in bed." Blake instructed, turning herself, and dragging Yang along with her towards the door. "We'll let you guys get some rest."
"We will?" Yang asked, as Blake tugged her out the door. "Because Ash doesn't look like he'll be waking up anytime soon."
Despite her argument, Blake still managed to get her out of the room, and firmly shut the door behind them, leaving Weiss, and unconscious Ash in the room. Weiss looked at her bed, and then Ash's. Getting an idea, she walked towards Ash's bed instead of her own.

Ruby sat in her bunk, humming while scrolling through her phone.
"What's up Ruby?" Yang asked, as she and Blake entered the room, closing the door behind them.
"Oh... Nothing." Ruby said, still gazing at her phone.
"It doesn't look like nothing." Yang said, sitting on the bed next to Ruby.
"I'm making a schedule for us." Ruby responded, flicking through another screen
"What kind of schedule?" Yang asked curiously.
"It's a day by day calendar with one of our names on every day. Ash has a lot of problems, and I want to help him, so one of us is going to have to look out for him every day. This way, we can split the work between us." Ruby explained, showing Yang the modified calendar on her phone. On each day, either Ruby, Yang, Blake, or Weiss was typed into the date. Yang nodded, seeing some reason in Ruby's 'calendar.' Ash didn't seem to take care of himself much, or the wounds on his body.
"Hey Ruby?" Yang asked after some time.
"Yeah sis?" Ruby answered, still not looking anywhere but her phone.
"Do you like Ash?" she asked, nonchalantly.
"What? No..." Ruby said casually. "He's just a good fighter, he's really cute, respectable, and has some killer muscles that I got to touch earlier and I was so glad that I did..." Ruby mumbled under her breath, quickly saying each word as if on instinct.
"So you do like him?" Blake asked from down below Ruby's bed, waiting for a 'yes.'
Ruby's face turned red, and she finally looked up from her phone. "Oh God, what did I just say?" she asked herself, holding her chest.
"Good for you sis!" Yang complimented, patting her sister on the head.
"Yang!!" Ruby shouted accusingly, looking scornfully at her sister.
"What?" Yang asked, raising her hands defensively. "We can't talk about cute boys together?"
"Don't call my crush cute!!" Ruby shouted, crossing her arms.
"So you do have a crush on him?" Blake asked, still trying to connect the dots.
"NO!" Ruby shouted, waving her arms in an 'x' to back the word.
"Ruby, I think you're really confused." Yang said, touching her sister's shoulder.
"I'm not confused! You're confused!" Ruby quickly shouted, jabbing a finger into Yang's arm. "I'm so confused that my heart speeds up every time I talk about him!! And I get really dizzy, and I feel like I might faint, and my mouth gets all dry, and... And..." Ruby breathed heavily, as if she had just run a marathon. Yang gently pulled Ruby's head onto her shoulder, and pat it.
"There there..." Yang soothed. "Somebody's a little love sick..."
"Is it curable?" Ruby asked, ripping her head away from Yang and looking her in the eyes. "How do I get a vaccine?"
"Well..." Yang contemplated, scratching her chin.
"There is no cure. And you already have it, so a vaccine won't be doing you any good." Blake spoke up. She was laying on her own bed now, and held a book in her hands, reading it intently.
"Exactly!" Yang agreed after Blake had finished.
"So there's no treatment?" Ruby asked, looking worried.
"Well..." Yang said, looking towards the ceiling.
"Tell it to me! I'll do anything!" Ruby pleaded,
"Alright. You just have to go tell Ash your symptoms, I'm sure he can help out." Yang suggested, waving a finger in the air.
"Alright, I'll try it!" Ruby said, looking determined. She leapt if the bed, and dashed down the hall at high speed.
"Did Ruby actually think she had a disease?" Blake asked with faint interest, putting her book down.
"I don't know, but either way, this will be interesting!" Yang responded, smiling.
"Ash's still unconscious, right?" Blake asked. "So how's Ruby going to talk to him?"
"Right..." Yang breathed, not sure what to make of the predicament. "I'm sure they'll be fine."
