I quickly changed Baek's stitches to prevent any further accidents. After I took care of that, lowering down his fever was the next step. "Baek, why aren't you taking care of yourself. Is this how you lived while I was gone?" Baekhyun flipped around the bed asleep. Aigoo.. After I took care of Baek I went to my room and unpacked. I looked around the room and found it interesting, looks like he knew I was coming.. Eh, impossible! He was surprised to see me at the stairs. A phone call rang, I quickly answered to make sure I don't wake up Baek. "Wae? What?" "An Emergency car accident happened, we need you to come in quickly and do a surgery." Part of the job that I hate are emergency calls. I left my room barely unpacked and went outside. "Send me the information, I'll look at it while driving on my way there." "Alright."
Next Morning, I was a total bust.. I've never been this tired in my entire life.. I locked my car door and went inside the dorm. "Where have you been all night? Why weren't you in your room? Do you have a boyfriend??" I pushed Baekhyun aside and scratched my itchy head. "Yah, take a shower at least will you? Answer me!" Baek sounds like my dad or even boyfriend or something.. It was kind of cute. "No sir, I do not have a boyfriend. I had an emergency surgery last night, I was on call so I had no choice sorry for coming home so late." I bowed and went inside my room as he followed me from behind.
"Anyways, Its time for my therapy. I can't miss this Byul, this is important to me." I smiled. "Of course, ne Mr. Byun Baekhyun ssi! Let me please get changed first." Baekhyun stared at me.. I quickly gulped. He's changed so much, he's gotten... manlier, looks like he's also started working out.. "I need you to leave in order for me to change." Baekhyun shyly smiled. "O-Oh yeah, Mianhe!" He quickly shut the door. After I got changed I walked outside and saw Taeyeon there.. "O-Oh, Annyeonhaseyo!" I quickly bowed after she offered me a sandwich. "Th-thank you!" "Please take good care of my Bacon!" Bacon? "Tangu, we're about to get started on my session, I'll call you later mmkay? Go home and rest." "Yeah, have a good session!" She seems like a really nice person, I'm... envious.
"Noona's pretty and nice." Baekhyun laughed. "Noona? Are you guys that close already?" I looked at Baekhyun in a confused expression. "We've met before. Remember?" Baekhyun came close to me and smirked, "Oh that time! She still hasn't given me her response yet" I pushed Baek back. "A-anyways. Lets get started." Baekhyun suddenly became serious. "Enough about me. I haven't heard from you for the past 5 years, you always see news and updates about my life so you always must know whats going on with me. How about you?" "M-Me?" Well.. I placed top second in my medical classes and-" Baekhyun interrupted, "Not about school. About you. You know? Relationships? New Friendships? Hardships? Those kind of things." "Why the sudden question though?" Baekhyun avoided eye contact. "Just because... You we're the reason why I became who I am right now.. If it weren't for you, I Don't know what I would've done instead of doing what I love right now." I felt butterflies in my stomach..
"We-well.. Learning English was the hardest, but I can fluently speak it now without troubles. I met a new friend named Kyrstal shes Korean too. As for Relationships.... I'll keep that private." Baekhyun suddenly started acting all cute. "Aye! Wae? Just tell me! Let me guess, you haven't had any have you? You're still in Love with me? Hmmmmmm?" I quickly laughed. "In your dreams, Mr. Byun Baekhyun ssi!" Baekhyun laughed. "Where have I heard this line before?" As we we're laughing, I felt the sudden Chemistry, the connection we used to have before. It's like, I never left.. It's like, nothing wrong ever happened between us. "Okay, lets get on your Session. Slowly breathe in and out." As he followed my instructions, after 2 hours we decided to take a break. "Let me make us dinner." "Hul, the great Baek learned how to cook?" Baekhyun snatched out some Ramyun from under the sink. "I make the best food." I laughed and laid on the couch as Baek was in the kitchen making our late dinner.
Baekhyun's POV:
After all these years.... I've finally faced her. After all these years of repetitive feelings, all those words I've wanted to say to her, why can't I say it now that she's in front of me? As I got back from making Ramyun, I saw her soundly sleeping on the couch. Old Habits never die huh? This girl can seriously sleep anywhere.. I put the Ramyun on the table, and went to Byul. As I look at her, she hasn't changed a all, except for the fact that her skin has gotten that milk like complex, she has matured over the last 5 years. "Byul, now that you've returned.. I'm scared things won't be the way the used to be back then when we we're kids. You've found a totally different interest than me, it's as if we live in two different worlds now. I can't even go outside without being noticed that I'm EXO's Byun Baekhyun. But, please don't be blinded by all of these costumes, makeup and cool images of me, because under all this I'm still the same Byun Baekhyun who loved you 5 years ago." I took a deep breath. I quickly lifted her up and placed her in her room. "Goodnight Baek EunByul.. I'll see you tomorrow for sure.."
