After eating Baekhyun decided to go to an arcade. "Ou! Lets play that!" We decided to play air hockey, of course Baekhyun would win because he's just Mr. Perfect. "Yah! You cheater! Come here!" I laughed and stuck my tongue out. As he started chasing me around, He finally caught me and carried me up by the waist. We kept laughing, and laughing until he finally let me down.
"Cheater!" As we walked to take a break Baekhyun asked me a sudden question.
"Does this mean your accepting my feelings towards you?" My heart started beating faster than usual.. "I have a question myself since when.. did you start having feelings for me?" Baekhyun smiled. "The first time I saw you." My eyebrows crunched together.
"Eh?" Baekhyun held my hand and started staring down. "When I first saw you... I had sudden urge to become friends with you. How do you say this.. uhm, love at first sight? As soon as we started becoming close, I.. I had these feelings that I couldn't describe. Well, Since we we're best friends, I knew you would turn me down because you only liked me as a best friend. I-I thought you wouldn't look at me as a man, a man who can protect, and take care of you.. So I decided to date other women, I dated many, many women.. but none of them are as special as you.. Only now, I have decided to confess because, I couldn't help but see other men with you. I gathered up my courage just to say these words to you." my heart started beating faster and faster... perhaps, do I like him back? "I-I see.."
Baekhyun smiled and turned up the mood a bit. "But, you don't have to answer me now. Answer me whenever your ready. Whenever you know your true feelings, i'll be waiting." I stared into his eyes and saw a different Byun Baekhyun, I... I kind of liked it.
As we went back to our dorms for inspection, Ji Eun and I had a little girl talk. "Why did you skip class today?! Your a goody too shoes, you can't skip!" I smiled. "I- I was with Baekhyun." Ji Eun smirked at me. "Your always with Baekhyun, he's your best friend is he not? So why are you happier than usual?"
I gulped. Right, why am I happier than usual... "Be-because! I-I uhm.. I haven't hung out with him in a while. We had a really good time today!" Ji Eun scrunched up her eyebrows. "Did anything happen? You know something I wasn't aware of??" I hesitated to respond but ended up blurting
"no." yes.. "Are you sureee??"
no.. "Yes." For now, I must hide this from anyone. I have to know on my own.
The next morning, Park Chanyeol ended waking me up.. "G-Good Morning?" Chanyeol laughed.
"Why so hesitant?" I pulled my blankets up, "Oh you know, you waking me up.. here alone.. in the morning.. is kind of unusual."
Chanyeol handed me breakfast.
"Today is the competition."
Omo.. I forgot.. "O-Oh Yeah! We need to get to practice!" Chanyeol came closer and closer as I leaned back. "You... You have been becoming more distracted nowadays." I pushed Chanyeol back and laughed. "Ani, why do you ask?" Chanyeol's smiled faded. "Is there.. by any chance that you would choose me?"
I sighed.. "Chanyeol I-"
"Baek EunByeol!" I looked at Baekhyun who's frozen at the door. "Oh, Baekhyun-ah...." This can't be happening.. not in my dorm, not in my room.. "I'm taking Byul for a practice run." Chanyeol looked at me with a sad expression. "Uhm, Baek can I finish breakfast first? I'll meet you there!"
I looked at Chanyeol once again after responding to Baekhyun. He seemed brighter, happier as he should be.
"A-alright, I'll leave you two be." You two? This can't go on. I may have to choose either one of them, or else I get none of them.

After breakfast, we decided to go for a run through then off on the bus we went. Considering this competition is my only shot of staying in Severit High, I felt kind of nervous. My palms we're sweating, my heart was racing and my throat was dry. "You're too tensed up."
"Oh, Baekhyun ah." As Baekhyun sat beside me, I looked around the bus and saw Chanyeol fast asleep. I deeply sighed. "What? Chanyeol?" I looked back at Baekhyun and smiled. "Ani! I'm excited for this." Baekhyun slowly gripped his hand onto mine and smiled, "Me too."
As we finally got there, my heart raced even more.. As If I was having a heart attack.. "Relax Babygirl, I got you." Still holding onto my hand we walked side by side inside the building and into the podium to sign up. After signing up, we walked into our own change rooms to touch up make up, outfits and run throughs. "Hey, is that your boyfriend?" I looked up and saw an adorably cute/gorgeous women who seemed un harmful. "Excuse me?" "Him." I looked at the direction her finger was pointing at and to my expectations it led to Baekhyun...
"Oh, uhm.. Ani! Why?" I turned back at her and gave her a smile. "Oh, I saw you guys holding hands so I kind of figured. He's really cute! Does he have a girlfriend?" I shook my head. "Thanks!!" As she walked away, I nudged my head Pabo... I should've said Yes, and yes. I totally regretted it once I saw Baekhyun laughing & smiling with that girl. I felt even more butterflies in my stomach... great. Eomma, please help me..
Through rough times like these, I can still always count on my mother even though her outer appearance isn't on earth anymore. "Eun Byeol, are you okay?" I looked up the the tall giant standing in front of me. "Oh yeah, just a little bit nervous." Chanyeol nudged me. "What was the for?" He smiled as leaned towards me. "I was talking about Baekhyun." "Oh, yeah of course. Why wouldn't I be?" "Because you-"
As we we're talking the manger interrupted everyone in the room.
"Good Morning everyone! Welcome, I advise you all make your way to the stage now as we are beginning soon! Good Luck to you all!" I took a deep breath and followed Chanyeol outside.
As I looked for Baekhyun I saw him way behind me with the girl I was just talking to smiling & sharing laughs.. Back to square one...
