Roaming through the city with no fixed destination, Lucy continued to stagger while scuffing the tips of her shoes.
Around her there are children joyfully waddling around the the fields of green, birds tweeting sun shining. But she took no notice of her surroundings, like she normally would.
They broke one another. Lucy doesn't care to take in what is around her and smile and Natsu doesn't dare even try to wear his famous grin. What have they done to each other.
While the no longer perky girl was once again trapped in thought (she seems to be doing that a lot lately), she completely forgot to look where she was going and ended up head butting something. Eyes closed and hand held firmly to her she began to apologise to who ever she had stumbled into.
"Oh my. I'm so so so so so so so so sorry!" Lucy cried.
"Oh no it was my fault. My nose was to deep in my book" the person, she rammed into, insisted while she was also holding her head in pain. Finally, Lucy decided to look up to the person she almost gave a concussion to. The blonde's eyes grew and some of the sparkle that once was there came through.
"Lucy?" The girl asked
"Levy?" Lucy jumped in excitement. Just like that their arms were rapped around each other, like a bow on a gift. They were not planning on letting go.
