Ladywifi (ℓāᖱē-ωīḟī)
Ladywifi (or Alya Césaire) is the akumatized super villain in episode seven of season one. Being a blogger, her powers include: pause and stop icons (which can freeze people), the padlock icon (which can lock doors and bind body parts to a surface) and the camera icon (which can film and broadcast videos).
Being falsely suspended from school was what caused her to give in to the akuma, and her aim is to reveal Ladybug's true identity.
This month's featured super villain is Ladywifi, which happens to be one of my favorite characters in the show (right next to Volpina, of course). I feel like Alya is very relatable in the sense that she fangirls, blogs and is obsessed with her phone.
Oh, and she ships Adrienette, that's always a bonus.
Her blog was what inspired our account name (if you haven't noticed) and she is a role-model to fangirls everywhere. But when it comes to Ladybug's secret identity, she's just as oblivious as Adrien.
I've read theories suggesting that Alya is the real Volpina, but in my opinion, I'd rather have her as the peacock holder or as a reoccurring super villain. The fan art is pretty cool though.
I hope that in future seasons, we see Alya's character develop more, I know that she'll be more then just "Marinette's best friend." Like I said, it would be nice to see her as the peacock holder.
What I really like about Alya is her attitude, she holds her friends close to her heart, and she's not afraid to stick up for them. We see in the origin episodes that Alya sticks up for Marinette, even though she was a stranger to her at the time.

We have also heard from reliable sources that DJ Wifi is canon (Alya X Nino), which is another plus. I feel like these two have a playful bond, I can't wait to see how it develops in the upcoming seasons.

I just realized something very important.
It's all a chain. We fangirl about Alya, Alya fangirls about Ladybug, Marinette (who is Ladybug) fangirls about Adrien, Adrien fangirls about Ladybug.
And Ladybug fangirls about... Adrien.
