What's a magazine without a fun recipe? Today's treat will be something for the sweet tooth, be sure to comment below if you need replacements for certain ingredients!

Ingredients: 

~ 1 red velvet Betty Crocker cake packet mix

~ 2 eggs

~ 1/4 a cup of vegetable oil or 1/4 a cup of melted butter

~ 1/2 a cup (or more, depending on taste) of semi-sweet chocolate chips


Step 1:

Pre-heat over to 350º F (or 180º C).  While oven is pre-heating, mix together eggs, oil and packet mix in a large bowl. Make sure to get rid of all air bubbles and unmixed batter.

Note: if the batter is too sticky, add a bit of flour.

Step 2:

Slowly fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Step 3:

Using a spoon as a guide, roll little/medium balls of the batter and place them onto a sprayed cookie sheet. Make sure they are spread out evenly, and be sure to press them down a bit with a fork.

Step 4:

When the oven is heated, bake the cookies for 8-12 minutes.

Step 5:

Serve them warm with ice-cream, or have them as a quick snack later.
