How to make Ladybug's yoyo cookies:
Ingredients:
~ 1 red velvet Betty Crocker cake packet mix
~ 2 eggs
~ 1/4 a cup of vegetable oil or 1/4 a cup of melted butter
~ 1/2 a cup (or more, depending on taste) of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Step 1:
Pre-heat over to 350º F (or 180º C). While oven is pre-heating, mix together eggs, oil and packet mix in a large bowl. Make sure to get rid of all air bubbles and unmixed batter.
Note: if the batter is too sticky, add a bit of flour.
Step 2:
Slowly fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Step 3:
Using a spoon as a guide, roll little/medium balls of the batter and place them onto a sprayed cookie sheet. Make sure they are spread out evenly, and be sure to press them down a bit with a fork.
Step 4:
When the oven is heated, bake the cookies for 8-12 minutes.
Step 5:
Serve them warm with ice-cream, or have them as a quick snack later.
Try out the recipe and tell us what you think! But don't throw these cookies at black/purple butterflies... it will only make them mad.
