I hate self absorbed people.

Okay...I know hate is a strong word, but let me explain, I hate the trait, not the person. The person I just greatly dislike....but I still somethimes I so want to knee them where the sun don't shine (boy, or girl).

Its a diffrent perspective for me judging by the person's gender. Yes, yes, it may come across as sexist but hey, hear me out okay? I have my reasons why I approach it differently. One of them is simply...attitude difference.

Self absorbed girls tend to act on thier looks and rub it in other girls faces, or just telling a dude(or in this day in age, other girl) that thier not good enough for romantic propertys. Its annoying. Who the heck cares if you look like a celebrity, as the song goes, 'she ain't pretty she just looks that way',whats inside really counts. As for the romanticism? Ha! If you act like that sister, its more like they are too good for you! There are plenty of fish in the sea, a fisherman's job is to catch a good, fat, decent fish that won't kill them...not a boney, poisonous fish that will make them drop dead by the first bite.

(no offence to any boney of fat people. The description for this part is just to describe what a real life fisherman would strive to catch and not catch. I myself am pretty skinny soooo....heh)

What I would say to those girls? Easy, I already wrote it ^, but also, I would probably just avoid them completely. Those types of girls are attention hungry. Don't give 'em what they want? Could make them hopefully wake up.

...Now as for the guys....this is where I get a little peeved....

I, am a girl. I am a girl with two older brothers who I spend a lot of time with, I have brought crap like this to thier attention and they couldn't agree more.

Self absorbed guys tend to act a lot like the girl counterpart...but the romanticism is a little diffrent. Cat calling, cheesy/dirty/ odd flirting, touching...its with no boundaries. They expect that girls(*cough*or guys*cough*) would just blush and be flattered. I must admit, sometimes being shown that kind of stuff can be flattering, depending on the person of course, I guess?

I mean, in this scenario, they could be giveing the victime attention because they belive thier attractive...the completely different side of it is they just want to add another name in thier collection of girl/boyfriends.

See what I'm getting at? Its idiotic. Sometimes the flirts are so narcissistic, its just...how do I explain this? ...Brutal? I don't know...

So yah, thats my beef with self absorbed people, and FYI, I'm fine if your just pretending to be SA. Sometimes I just say,"Well I am the best!" or something, but its just for kicks and giggles, its not my actual personality.
