Have you ever had that memory,
Where you had a disagreement with someone and it was so aggravating and upseting that you actually almost cried,
But it was never resolved,The person or people who you were arguing against have no idea how you feel?
So, in order to just..move on you push it all down, suppress it. Don't pay attention to it. Forget about it.
Until now, where you suddenly remember it, and those suppressed emotions come pouring in.
So much so that you want to cry all over again.
So much so that you want to confront them about it.
But if you do, they won't take it as seriously. They will just say something like, 'stop holding a grudge.'
..so how do you get rid of that memory?
How do you suppress it again...fully move on?
I would like to know...'cause that's what I'm feeling right now.
