You got ready for the last few minutes of the game. You've been playing well the entire game in defense, you've even got an assist on a goal! But there was one girl on the team that just had it out for you and you don't know why. You're snapped out of thought when you hear,
"Go Y/N!" Screamed from the crowd. You look over and see C/N standing in the stands cheering for you. You smile and get back into the game. You take the ball and start to work your way up the field. You pass it to BF/N who goes up forward. You trail back into defense just in case the ball got loose back to your end.
"Goal from number 23, BF/N!" The announcer speaks through the speakers, the crowd roaring again. The team huddle quickly and you start to discuss plans.
"I say Y/N should score one." BF/N suggests. "I mean, she's helped the whole team today, we should give her one."
"Sure thing," the captain, Elizabeth, says with a nod as you break the huddle. The ball is started and instantly BF/N steals it from the other team. C/N is screaming as loud as they can for you. You get the ball and sprint up the field with it and you see the girl that's had it out for you, E/N, getting ready for you. You keep going and go for a fake, but she digs her cleat straight into the side of your ankle. You're not the kind of girl to go down easy, but you collapsed right then and there.
"Y/N!" BF/N screams as soon as you hit the ground as the ref blows the whistle. She runs over to you and kneels down beside you as tears start to stream down your face.
"Move it! Out of my way! MOVE!" You hear someone screaming. You look up and see C/N pushing people away and sprinting towards you. C/N bends down next to you and picks you up bridal style to carry you over to the bench. You're laid down as the medic starts to examine your ankle.
"Alright we're gonna take you to the hospital, Y/N." The medic says as the stretcher is prepared. C/N follows right behind you and into the ambulance.
"You'll be alright," C/N says before slowly leaning down and giving you a kiss, "you're a fighter."
