Winter Memories.

Chapter 5

jackson smiled brightly and my mom looked shocked before huffing and leaving the room as my dad looked disappointed and followed my mom out. i turned to jackson as i smiled still feeling my weak legs hold me up with his help.

"jackson...i can't.....do this alone....i know what i said before but..."

i was cut off by his lips against mine.he wrapped his arm around my waist to help me stand up as the doctor came in and had us both sign a few papers before we walked out happily.

the car ride was silent till we got to his house, but there was a problem his parents car that was never there before was now there. his mom and dad stood on the doorstep looking worried and now happy that to see her son. he helped me out of the car and helped me up to the doorstep.

"mom...dad....this is your future daughter in law"

they both gave me a confused look as i felt my cheeks turn red as we all walked inside quietly, inside we all sat at the couch and talked his mom and dad's faces showed different emotions till at the end they looked at me and smiled.

"your welcome here all u want..."his dad said before walking away

his mum hugged me before following her husband leaving me and jackson alone.i felt hot and light headed as he handed me my bag that my mum had packed and helped me into the room before stepping out to let me change.when he came back we sat down and talked our situation over before i fell asleep with him holding onto me as i held onto him for dear life afraid of what's comes next.

"skyler.....you ok...?" i heard as i woke up

i was laying in jackson's bed as sun shined thru the window and he looked at me with his hand on my forehead.i nodded silently not knowing why he asked as he took my hand and helped me up off the bed.

"you're a little pale that's all....are you hungry..if you're feeling ok i thought maybe we could go out and spend our day off together..."he said as i went thru my bag to get my clothes out as i nodded again and looked at him

"what?" he asked confused by my stares

"i have to get dressed" i said quietly

he laughed a bit before walking out of the room to let me get dressed before i walked out in my jeans with my normal bvb t-shirt on as he hugged me and we said bye to his parents before they gave him the keys and we walked out and got in the car,as we drived i jammed out to music with him till we got to the strip mall and walked around a bit before coming to a few cute little shops as he told me that he needed to go buy something and that he wanted me to go find myself something while he did so.i agreed and went to a shop that interested me as he did the same.

we met up about an hour later i had a small bag in my hand but he had nothing with him when he sat down with me

"what did you get sky?" he asked politely

i opened the bag and pulled out a little onesie that was a light yellow that had the words "i love you" in blue letters on it,jackson smiled at it and was soon lost in thought as i put it back in my bag and snapped my fingers in front of his face to get his attention.

"you ok jackson...?" i asked with a smile

he nodded as he snapped back before saying we should head back to the car without me remembering to ask him what he got.we drove a few min before i expected to pull up in his driveway when we pulled into mine i looked at my moms car then saw my dads to.i looked at him with worried eyes feeling that i had upset him before he leaned over and kissed my cheek before getting out of the car and running to my door .i saw both my parents open the door and saw them all three talk tho i didn't know what about i sat still till i saw the door close and him come running back and getting in the car.i was afraid to ask why or what he had done so i stayed quiet till we got back to his house.

when we got to the house i was quickly inside and putting what i bought away in my bag as jackson stood in the doorway staring at me.i turned around and jumped a bit when he suddenly grabbed my arm and pulled me into a tight embrace.

"marry me...." he said in my ear

my eyes widened thinking he was joking or i didn't hear him right

"w-what?" i stuttered

"skyler...marry me.....i know we're young,but if we're gonna do this....we need to do this together.and i can't let you have this child and still just be my girlfriend...skyler please"

i teared up,my mind rushed with thoughts so fast all i could do is smile in tears and nod as i heard him laugh and suddenly i was off the ground being spun in circles as i joined the laughing and wrapped my arms around him
