I sat in my room, well a room Charles and Raven lent me. It was cozy, I liked it. It was simple and unique.Everyone was training, but me. I suppose there hadn't been enough time to squeeze in a session for me. So, I've decided to take it upon myself to train or at least sharpen my skills.
However, I was present at Sean's training session along with everyone else. He was dressed in a set of grey sweat pants and sweatshirt with a suit Hank made for him, it was black and yellow striped, it's not the most flattering but that doesn't matter. The suit was supposed to help Sean fly. We were all gathered at two windows on the second story of the house.
Sean was seated at edge of one of the windows. He gulped then made a cross over his head and shoulders. He took a deep breath before hurtling towards the ground. He gave a normal screech and fell into the shrubbery below with a thump and left an imprint of himself. Let's just say that was the highlight of my day.

I walked over to the book shelf and selected a decently sized book. I placed it on a table and stood across from it, took a deep breath, then held out my hands.I closed my eyes and focused. A moment later the book began levitating. Satisfied with my work I grabbed three more books off of the shelf. I juggled the four books in the air for awhile and then began picking up other objects around the room with my telekinesis.
An assortment of books, lamps, pillows, and even a wooden chair began floating around the room. A bubbly laughter erupted inside of me, with everything floating around and me in the center of it, the sight was quite funny. It was nothing like I had ever attempted before.
By losing focus for a second while I was laughing everything went crashing down. The light bulbs in the lamps broke, mangled books were strewn across the room, the pillows did no damage, but of course the chair broke.
I cursed at myself and began cleaning up my mess. I should have waited, I made a stupid mistake.

About ten minutes into cleaning up my disaster I heard a knock on my door. I gasped as the door opened. Standing in the doorway was Charles. I face palmed at how stupid I must look to him, bent over sweeping up glass with my bare hands and a broken chair next to me.
"What happened in here?" Charles asked, he didn't sound mad, just curious, which I was relieved about. I smiled sheepishly.
"Well- I- uh tried to start training myself since we have limited time, and everyone else has been training but me so I wanted to be productive. I'm so sorry for the mess and damage I caused." I explained quickly. I was embarrassed at the mess I made.
"It's quite alright, I've broken those lamps more times than I can count. Also, on the topic of training, it's the reason I came up here. I'm about to go train with Erik and I was hoping you could join us." Charles said with a smile. It was quite charming I should add.
"Alright, if you insist." I said sarcastically, smiling back at him.
"I talked to Raven and she said you could borrow some of her clothes to train in."
"I'll have to tell her a huge 'thank you' then, but before we go I should really finish cleaning this up." I said while gesturing to my mess.
"Here, let me help you with that." Charles offered while getting down on his hands and knees to help me pick up the remnants of the lamps and chair.
